Ok...My job had training classes again and we have 7 people in the class.  The classes are normally to take place M - F, 9am to between 3 to 5Pm.  So, the classes didn't start until Tuesday...And the girl that was to be for my house came M-F after classes and trained.  They have to have an extra 16 hours of training in the actual house before they can be left to work by themselves...(plus you have to run a fire drill with me too.)  So anyways...this girl has her 16 hours.  Thursday during a HC meeting, I'm told that I have to work this weekend because the "class" has not and will not be doing Hands on Training (restraints and blocks) until Monday.  So I'm pissed off...This is the second weekend that I have planned to do IMPORTANT things and can't do them because I have to work a 12 hour shift.

I have now realized that I can not actually plan a week ahead for a weekend because something always comes up. 

I will say this though...August 24th - I WILL NOT BE WORKING!  My mother is getting married and I'm her maid of honour.

Anyways its so damn hot.  I had to turn my air conditioner off and it's 102 degrees outside.  I'm suppose to be sleeping because I gotta be at work at 8pm tonight...

I just keep telling myself that I love my job....
