I just finished watching this Korean movie called Baby and Me

it's about a Highschool student who is always getting in trouble at school and his parents decide to run away until he gets his act together but then he is left with a baby that is his and he has to take care of him with the help of his friend.His parents end up coming back home and finding out that he has a child.He eventually finds out that the baby isn't his and that it was his friends who made a fake note saying it was his.
