• If a guy stares at you when you are not looking, then it means that he is interested in you. Other signs to check out to know if a guy likes you are his behavior around you and eye contact.

  Give him some sign that u like him (if u like him)
  U can stare back and smile

maybe he could really like you, and you are SO beautiful to the point where he is stuck in a gaze and literally has not notice he has been staring at you that long.
