I honestly don't see why people could be so closed-minded about K-pop (some of my friends included). I mean they act like it's the plague or something. Anyway I was going through my facebook when I saw this:

Yes there are people who defended him and I do understand that not everyone likes K-pop. I get it but to see a comparison of a REAL person to a FICTIONAL character only to bash on the REAL person is very stupid and pointless. One they are completely different. And just because someone is comparing him to your beloved bishounen you're gonna bash him and K-Pop? What about automatically saying plastic surgery? Do you actually know? I mean what the hell? At least give a valid reason why you hate/dislike something. Even with my friends it's like that.

Friend A: Would you rather be stuck in a math exam for a whole day or go to a K-pop concert?
Friend B: Definitely math. I would die in a concert like that.

I mean really really? God. I seriously don't understand people at all. At least some people have the decency to respect the thing and leave it alone even though they don't like it. Give things a chance. I like anime but some of the people there are just too obnoxious. I'm not saying that there aren't any obnoxious people in the K-Pop fandom and that K-pop has a better fandom but at least the people I see in forums/roleplays/asianfanfics/etc. like both anime and K-pop. and I'm just hoping that some people would be more open minded about anything before immediately hating on it.
