Sleeping Disorders..

Okay, I realizing that Sleep Apnea is as bad as I thought...>.<

I was reading some symptoms, causes, effects of this Disorder on the internet and I must say I was pretty scared considering I got Sleep Apnea myself. If you don't know what Sleep Apnea is well... it a Sleeping Disorder that occurs when the person's breathing is being interrupted while sleeping, which causes no oxygen to get in the brain. Other words.... ITS SO FREAKING DANGEROUS!!! I also have a different type of Sleeping Disorder called Sleep Paralysis. Its when you feel like your awake but unable to move or speak. This disorder isn't dangerous but dang....

I have both of these Sleeping Disorders and maybe more.....If you have a Sleeping disorder I encourage you to LOOK. THEM. UP.

Some of these thing effects are very bad..... now that I looked up these Sleep Disorders I may have to let my sisters look after me as I'm sleeping. I'm not too worried of Sleep Paralysis but the Sleep Apnea because I can die from it. (Sorry if I'm worrying you right now) But the scarest thing that had to me a lot is that they both happen to me at the same time. I have Asthma as it is now I got these to worry about now. *shakes head*

I might ask my mom and dad if she can take me to the doctors to get it treated but I don't want to worry them or make false accusations. So, I don't know what should I do about this.

Now, understand the symptoms I've been having and stuff...

I have sleep disorders too and I have terrible
Nightmares when I was young I had night terrors and would wake up screams almost every night. But luckily I grew out of it. You do need to see a doctor. Though I don't have sleep apnea I will tell you that my sleep was so bad for most of my life and I didn't get it checked early on that it caused worse problems for me in the future. On top of everything I have a hormonal imbalance, which after getting looked at my doctor thinks formed because of my poor sleep for 20 years of my life. I highly encourage u to see a doctor because though u may be able to handle it (I was) one day it'll be too much on u like me I basically cracked I went insane for a while I stopped sleeping for about 2 months I stopped eating as well and my parents almost sent me to the hospital (but do to my fear of them I convinced them not to) anyways I tried everything I've been on sleeping pills but honestly they weren't for me many doctors told me
To do acupuncture but I'm scared of needles and I've taken herbs and natural remedies. Anyways I found my own way to get better I liked the herbs and though I still have problems and my hormones are still
Imbalanced my sleeping has greatly improved I still wake up every night serval times a night it still takes me for every to fall asleep I still have nightmares moats nights but I'm able to sleep. I got more sleep within the past few months than I ever remember getting in all my years of life. Seeing a doctor really helped me and as I said it didn't cure it but it did help me so now I can sleep. Also be very careful with ur asthma I too have asthma and though I don't have sleep apnea (unless u count the time I was drowning in a nightmare and I held my breathe when I was sleeping and woke up wondering why I wasn't breathing but that's just because I was stupid) I have had problems with that and sleep it can get really dangerous and tho u think u can handle it and u probably can its better to see a doctor
