My weight... O_O

Today, I stepped on the scale because I was bored and had nothing to do.

I lost 4 kg.............. -_____________________-

O_O Can someone explain this to me? Seriously, I've done NOTHING different in the past 6 months and if anything, I thought that I'd gain weight because of all the junk food I've been eating, but NOOOO.... I lost weight.... I really think it's the stress from school that's made me lose so much ;A;

Seriously, I've weighted the same weight SINCE I WAS 15... it's never went went down more than 1.5 kg... ;A;

I need food TT__TT

As everyone has been saying, it all depends on what a healthy weight is for you. Also, it would probably make your body happy to try and get all the nutrients your body needs, all the vitamins and minerals. You need 90, but then your body's weight would stabilize.

Well how tall are you?
Losing weight is good but you shouldn't be too far from your healthy weight. if you're tall as well, you're good.

How old are you? It's probably because of stress. If you aren't getting enough sleep maybe? I eat like a pig (eating a bowl of udon right now) and I dont gain weight.Yeah, I lose weight when I do nothing too...

It all depends on age darling! And I personally think its from stress, too. Don't think too much about it, though~

me too 0.0 I've never lost weight in my life and one time it was like "nope, nope. You're gonna go down 2 kg"

Trade? Please? Stress makes me hungry. Stress makes me gain weight.
Stress could make you lose weight but sleep can affect it too. Have you been exercising more than usual? It could be that too.

hmm- yeah. I think it could be stress and maybe lack of sleep? I mean junk food is bad but if you've done nothing, muscle does weigh more than fat.
