Okay, so I was watching a YouTube video about the differences of Korean humor and American humor. Bored, I decided to scroll down at the comments and I couldn't help but notice two YouTubers argue about Korean humor (and South Korea too). I clicked onto the previous comments (I'm being nosy... I know) and WOW. They replied back to each other like ten thousand times! I was thinking, "When will this end?!" but finally, the arguement stopped. So, I want to share you guys the LONG Internet fight. I will not mention their YouTube usernames, but I'll call them Girl #1 and Girl #2. Who's right?

GIRL #1- Korean humor is 100000x funnier than american jokes, maybe its because american jokes are more dirtier

GIRL #2- Personlly, I don't like Korean humor whatsoever. I LOVE American humor and of course, my favourite is the humour of my own country - British humour!

GIRL #1- how can you not like Korean humor??? its so funny! i love it more because i dont really like dirty jokes

GIRL #2- I don't find Korean humour funny whatsoever. I adore Brit and American humour though - the puns, the gags, the subtle timing, the outright things...It's popular worldwide and for a reason.

GIRL #1- american humor is "funny" because its dirty, Korean humor is infinitely times funnier, i hate american humor

GIRL #2- I'm under the impression that you hate American humour because it is American, but will worship anything Korean. And luv, not all American humour is dirty, just as not all Korean humour is innocent and clean.

GIRL #1- i dont hate american humor, i just hate it because its dirty, plus im Korean, and besides, A LOT of humor is dirty, and like simonandmartina said, theres not a lot of ual jokes but when there is its rated for older people, but in america its like rated for like almost all ages which is not good

GIRL #2- Uh, have you ever been to America? Lived there? Stepped foot there? Or are you just speaking based on what others or the media says? American humour is NOT rated "for all ages". There are different programs for different ages, and the humour matches into that. Don't speak like you actually know. And stop worshipping Korea JUST because you're Korean. Your country is very far from perfect darling. And don't you even bring the UK into this either.

GIRL #1- -____- i freakin LIVE in the US my friends are all american and everyone in my school uses dirty humor, trust me, and why cant i love my own country? what kind of idiots not like their own country? and no, my country is very close to perfect ^_^ its not like you're Korean. and when the heck did i bring UK into this..? you just did -___- gosh you get offended so easily

GIRL #2- How odd. It says you live in South Korea on your page. Your country is FAR from perfect. Talk about the obsession with self-image, the high suicide rates, the sheer pressure and unhappiness in your society, the bad self esteem and the highest plastic surgery rate in the world among other things. I've 3 penpals in S.K and again, all three complain of the same thing. Since you only brought in the US humour, I keep wondering when you're going to bring in UK humour since I mentioned I liked it.

GIRL #1- sad, haters are gonna hate, anyways S. Korea is 1000x smarter than america, unhappiness? really? its cheaper there, the people are more respectful and nicer, and who cares about plastic surgery? you're such a Korea hater, stop hating on Korea

GIRL #2- Since you love kissing S.K arse, please go back there. Get some plastic surgery while you're at it as well kk? And while your country has a higher standard of education than both the States and UK, both places still do well and are able to survive while not being under so much social pressure and have such HIGH rates of suicide among other things like no individuality. S.K has turned into a very shallow society, and people are damn unfriendly. Go back there and stay away from Uk and the States!

GIRL #1- wow~ you're such a Korea hater xD and when did i say i want to get PS? and i wish i can go back to S. Korea, its not like you're even Korean of even stepped foot into Korea, unlike simonandmartina, who has videos of how amazing Korea is compared to the US and the UK (yeah NOW im going to bring up the UK) so, why dont YOU get some horrible education, some rude manners and attitude (which you already have) and shut the up and stop hating on Korea, kk? :)

GIRL #2- No, you're an American hater and you actually live there. Sad. I wouldn't want to live in Korea or be Korean if my life depended upon it. Brit all the way luv. Again, I do not find Korean humour funny in the slightest, I love American humour, but still my favourite is British humour. GIRL #1- lol in case you didnt know, unlike america, Korea airs those innapropriate shows at night and its more private than public, however americans... they just air innapropriate shows whenever and they dont care if young kids see them

I think both girls are being trolls to each other.

I'm used to American sarcasm and jokes since I was born and raised there. Korean humor on ther other hand, it's completely different. I don't mind Korean variety shows since I laugh (or crack a smile) my off, but in K-dramas and movies I don't laugh at all.
