counting calories lol

so you know those "fun size" candy bars that come in those huge bags? apparently each 3musketeers "fun size" bar is 70 calories... that's not to bad if you just have one or three, but well, I ate about fifteen with out noticing the calorie count so fifteen multiplied by 70 (gets out calculator) is 1050 calories -.- why must you taste so good!!!

a can of Pepsi (the soda of choice in my family) is about 150 calories, and now that I think about it, on a normal day I have about two cans per day, that'd be about 300 per day, which isn't to bad, but add that to 1050 and that'd be 1350 plus any other foods I would eat in a day 0.0 YAH, why do they have to make bad things taste so good!

the serving size for cheetos is about ten to thirteen pieces and that adds up to 160 calories, but who the hell eats only 10 cheetos, those things are hella addictive!! so say you eat about 20 that'd add up to 320... ah, my snacking habit's not looking so good.

so, if I add my my BMR formula I'm well over my limit and it's only 2 pm here (p-put your hands up... oh wait...)

-.- stupid fun size, leading me to think I was being good -.- with that being said I shall now run across town so as not to feel so guilty towards my body "sorry body"

LOL, you can start off by trying to stop drinking pop. That include the diet kind too. Just try drinking water with a little bit of lemon in it. So long as you mindfully eat you shouldn't have a problem with over eating.
