"Do you expect me to feed the baby with love Jongin?Growup!"Nadine complained and continued packing her bags.

"But I will..Ill find a job..Ill move out..just please give me time"Jongin begged and held Nadines hands to stop her.

"How much more time do you need Jongin?!Nicole and I have been waiting for 2 years"she shook her head and packed the last set of clothes.

"I...I.."Jongin hated himself.It was true...he was worthless. What kind of father still studies college...still lives in his parents' house and Doesnt have a job to support his family..

"Im sorry"Jongin whispered softly.

"Dont be..."Nadine smiled and hugged him"I regret nothing..I just dont want Nicole to be like me...I want her to have a future Jongin..."she says.

"I know"he smiles sadly and helps her pack.

Nadine bids goodbye to Jongin's parents and takes the 2 year old Nicole in her arms

"You want me to wait the bus with you"Jongin asks when they reach the station.

"Were fine..be careful in driving back"Nadine says carrying her daughter and their luggages.

"Nadine...If in years time I become a better person,would you come back to me?"Jongin asked hesitantly.

"Nicole and I will be back in your arms...I hope you understand that Im giving you time and space to find yourself"Nadine smiled.

"I do...take care...see you...soon.."Jongin bit his lips and drove away.

Nadine lied.

She told Jongin that theyll stay at her parents' house for the mean time but her dad told her never to step foot there long ago.

"Mom,where are we going?"Nicole asked her.

"Were gonna find a new house sweetie"Nadine smiled.

Its been 3 months...

They found a shabby apartment near the main road,Nicole goes to a kindergarten and Nadine works as a waitress in a coffee shop.

"Annyeong Hasseyo"Nadine smiles and sees him.She freezes."Sunbae.."she says dumbfoundedly

"N-Nadine Dee?"the man asked.She nodded.

"How long has it been?"he smiled.

"What brings you here?"she asks

"YA!!STOP FLIRTING AND GET BACK TO WORK!"Their manager said hitting her head lightly.

"Jonghyun-ssi"The manager bows.

"You own this sunbae?I mean..Jonghyun-ssi?"she asks. He nods and the other gapes.

Jonghyun and Nadine dated back in high-school,before Jongin and Nadine met.They broke up because Nadine was too young..and so was Jjong.

"You busy after your shift?"Jonghyun asks.

"Why?"Nadine asks in the middle of picking up used cups and plates.

"Can you and I have dinner?I mean,we have a lot of catching up to do,dont we?"Jjong smiled.

"Sorry sunbae but,Im pretty busy.."she smiled.She really was.

"Oh..why?"

"Ill pick up Nicole at Kindergaten and help her with her stuffs after"Nadine says.

"Oh...Whos Nicole?"

"My daughter..."She smiles "Jongin is her father" "Kim Jongin?!"Jonghyun asked She nodded. "Oh...Ok..are you guys married?"he asked She hook head no. "Living together?" "Used to"

The next day,Nicole was fetched from kindergarten with a Maserati.

"Hey Dear!"Nadine smiled at her and her daughter came running to her.

"Moooom!"she said and hugged her"Look mom,a rich mans car,I wonder who owns that"

"Thats your Uncle Jjong's"

"You know who owns that car?"

"Yes..and youre riding inside sweetie"

"Woooow!"Nicole chirped in excitement.

They went to the mall to eat and buy stuff.This goes on for days,but still,Nadine feels nothing but indebted to Jjong.

"Hey Nicole,why dont you play with your new toys in your room?"Jonghyun suggested.

"Oh...ok..Please tell mom I did"She says and proceeds to her room.

Jonghyun blocks the door with the table so the kid wont get out.

"Hey"Jonghyun enters Nadine's room and the door clicks.

"Hey...I..appreciate everything youve done for me and Nika..but..I..I havent really gotten over Jongin.."Nadine says.

"Its ok"Jonghyun says and inches closer to Nadine.

"Thank you..."

"But you realize Im not going without anything in exchange"Jonghyun says and Nadine tensed.

"What do you mean?"

"Oh I think you do.."Jonghyun says and tucks Nadine's hair behind her ear slowly removing her shirt.

"What are you doing?!"Nadine slapped his hands away.

"Dont even play hard to get"Jonghyun says--

The following days,Nadine cries because of trauma but is thankful that Jonghyun didnt bother her kid.She thankfully found a new job in a CD store in the nearby mall. Life was pretty much normal until one day...She vomits out of the blue.

"Are you okay mom?"Nicole asks her mother.

"Yes sweetie,can you go by yourself to school today?"

"Sure mom..will you be okay alone?"Nicole asks getting her bag.

"Yes sweetie,take care"

Nadine was pregnant.It wasnt until a 3-month baby bump has formed in her stomach does she find out.

Jongin really found himself over that period of time.It was almost the seven months since Nicole and Nadine left him.He bought his own apartment near the mall where he now worked as a fast-food chain crew. He felt proud of himself and he wanted them back.He wanted his family back.

He walked out of the shop,a skip in his step as he planned to fetch Nadine and their daughter on his in-laws' house.

"urleee"

Jongin froze.

"N-Nadine?"he murmured to himself as he walk closer.

"Urleeee"

"Nadine?"Jongin asked the girl who was vomitting beside the mall's exit. The girl looks up and she freezes.

"J-jongin.."she mumbles before vommiting again. Jongin rubbed her back as she vomits and walks her home after.

"I...I want you to live with me again"Jongin says shyly as she lays Nadine on her bed.Nadine smiles.

"I have a job and an apartment,you and Nicole could come and see"he smiles.

"Jongin...Im so proud of you.."Nadine says.

"So..would you--"

"Im pregnant"tears stream down her face as she closes her eyes.

"Youre what?"Jongin asked.

"Im pregnant...and its not yours,would you still want me to live with you"she sighed.

"I.....I didnt think youll replace me this fast"

"I didnt"Nadine sobbed harder.

Jongin almost walked out when they hear"Mom,is that you?"Nicole asks rubbing her eyes sleepily.

"Nicole..."Jongin smiles.

"Dad?"

"Hey sweetie"He then hugs her daughter.

Nadine wakes up the next day with a sticky note on her table.

"I have Nicole with me please dont worry"It said with Jongin's handwriting.

Nadine sighed as she walked to an empty room of her daughter.No clothes or toys left.Shes preganant and alone.She wasnt expecting Jongin to comeback for her.Maybe she was the off one from the start.Maybe shes the one who needs to find herself.

4 months pregnant..

A month had passed and a shadow of Nicole or Jongin wasnt anywhere near her. She was thinking of abortion when--

"Mom,Open up!Its me Nicole"A happy voice said.

She almost ran to the door in excitement and opened it.

"MOM!"She scooped her daughter up and hugged her.

"We cant live without you.."Jongin says and comes out from beside the door.

"Jongin"She says weakly.

"I missed you so much"Jongin says hugging him.

"I dont give two s about you being pregnant...as long as you still love me...do you?"

"I still do Jongin"she smiles.

They live together in Jongin's aprtment,Jongin working for his family,Nadine was giving birth this month and luckily she saved up enough..

Danica was born and Nika vowed to be a great sister to her.Nadine never revealed what Danica's story was to anyone.It was a secret only she knew of.

One day,they were out in the park.4 year old Nika and a barely walking Nica playing as sisters.Nadine and Jongin sat on the picnic mat in comfortable silence.

"Hey Nadine"Jongin calls.

"Um?"She hummed looking up at him.

"Will you marry me?"Jongin asks holding a small gold ring.

"Im sorry this is all I could afford--"Nadine sealed his lips with hers.

"I do"She smiles resting her forehead against Jongin's.
