The different storylines:

Jinwoon & Suzy: The hurt of a boy and a girl after their break up. Not knowing the real reason behind it, the boy wonders if the girl is hurting like he is. 

Joongki & Hyorim: A pair of young couple grieves over the loss of their first child. Being the man, he have to stay strong by his wife side who has lost all her smiles. 
 
Jiyong & Sunye: A girl reminisces over the memories with her fiance, whom everybody is telling her he's not for her, before their wedding day. 
 
Taecyeon & Sunmi: The relationship of a poor boy and a rich princess. Unable to take the objections, he asked her to run away with him.
 
Yoseob & IU: When the son of the mafia leader fell in love with a sick patient. In fear of getting her into danger, he hides his true feelings.
