Style: Angelie likes to wear nothing revealing since she's more of the conservative type. You'd be able to see her mostly wearing long-sleeved tops with slightly long skirts or a casual looking dress. Despite being conservative though, she'd rather wear slightly short skirts than pants. Most of the clothes she wears have unique or flower prints. If not those, it'd usually be a coffee colored palette. She also likes wearing accessories but not those over the top but rather the ones that would complement the whole look she's going for.

Brief Personality:
   If you compare the Angelie today and the one before, you would really notice a huge difference. Some say it's for the better but others close to her thinks that it's all going to harm her in the end. This girl had to go through a lot as a child and thus creating the Angelie you know today. She was somewhat a spoiled child before, getting whatever she wants when she wants and whatever it was. She wasn't the type to care about anything or anyone that doesn't concern her. She was also lazy, didn't like to study or do things that may benefit her in the future. She was also known for her temper, mood swings and pickiness when it comes to things.

   An incident changed her completely though. Thinking that it was just a happy trip done by her father, she was sent to Italy but she didn't know the true reason. There she learnt what it means to be hungry. She learned the value of time and that she wasn't always the ruler of her world. She was humbled, though with a price. Slowly, the Angelie from before started to fade away and was starting to get replaced by someone "better". It took time for her to be who she is now, she had to go through a lot of phases. She became mature for a person her age and she gained a lot more patience. She knows the meaning to strive harder for the things she wants, she also knows the dirty tricks around them but hasn't used that method in a while.

   The Angelie who came back was different. She is a person who gives respect even to those who doesn't deserve her respect. She now knows the meaning of sharing trust, but she has never fully given hers to others. She has been described to be much sweeter from before and playful when with the people she missed. While some say that leaving did something to her that despite the bright and mature image, there's still this child inside of her wanting all her questions answered. They say that Angelie has learned to keep her feelings inside and that the person who came back is not her but a whole different person. It's just a matter of time when the new people surrounding her would know the key to open the old Angelie, the one she herself tries to erase.

What are you afraid of?: Angelie is afraid of everyone knowing what she had to go through before she's reached where she is today. When she was younger, she had to do things that she herself found disgusting and she doesn't want to talk about it anymore. She tried telling the others by saying "I had to go through hell just to be here." and that was technically true.

Family Background:
   The Ahn's have lived off from old money and is still gaining much more thanks to their family business and the fact that they're connected to the government. Because of this, Angelie has gotten more than what she needed and more than what she wanted. She has been living in a world most people only dreamed of and she's been abusing it. From when Anglie learnt that money "could buy everything", that's what she did. She didn't care how much or how many. She cared little about getting in trouble because she knows that there are people there to guard her every move, even if she disliked it. She didn't care if there were people going to get hurt because of her stubbornness because she thought that they could just buy it off.

   When she was 18, Angelie was sent to Italy as a "gift" from her father. Though after living there for almost a month, she started to realize the mess she's gotten into. It was never really a gift but a punishment. Aside from the bills at school, she had to work her of for food and rent. She thought that she was sent there because she's been a bad girl when in reality, her family was starting to go bankrupt and her father didn't want her to know or for the family's enemies to know where she was because Angelie was her father's weakness.

   When everything was stable and safe enough, Angelie's father decided it was time for her to go back. He missed his little girl very much and seeing her would be the perfect present from all the mess that has happened for the past four years. Angelie was now 22 when she went back to Korea, and she was a whole different person. Her family was glad and worried at the same time but seeing how positive she is and how people started to like her more, they never asked. Since arriving, Angelie decided that she could'nt leave Italy just like that so she asked if she could put up a restaurant under her name. It was a huge step for her but looking at her now, her father need not worry and gave her his blessing.

Family members:
Ahn Jaeryo | 59 | CEO | OC | father; a man of word and one who sticks to his principles. He is a man who if asked would choose his family over anything else. He and Angelie have that fatherly bond that nothing could break so after her return, he knew that something was wrong. He didn't dare ask her though because after seeing how much better she's been, he didn't want her to bring up any bad memories. 

Ahn Jihae | 53 | columnist | OC | mother; she's a very busy mother who balances her career and family. She was the one who suggested bringing Angelie to Italy in the time being while they fixed things at home. She never expected her daughter to change but she was happy that she did. She really isn't close with her because of many reasons but the both of them love each other otherwise, they're just not that showy.

Ahn Jaehyo | 22 | model | idol | little brother; Jaehyo is very playful when it comes to the people he's close to, especially his noona who he treats most of the time as  a precious little dongsaeng. He isn't the type to get all serious but when he does, it's scary. He and Angelie have this bond ever since they were kid that no one would understand and only they could decode.

They've been through a lot together, ever since they met back in Italy and when they met again in Korea. They're like partners in crime,  where Angelie's the calm and collected one, while Junsu's the time bomb waiting to explode.

He's fast compared to the other interns when it comes to learning the recipes and would usually speak out to Angelie when he's got great ideas for the next menu.
Yu Hana | 20 | intern | OC | The younger of the 'intern twins', she's very much like Angelie in a way that she's more into her work than her personal life. She's serious when it comes to the food she makes and treats Angelie like a very respectable mentor.
