APPEARANCE
Standing at the height of 167cm (5'6") and weighing about 59kg (130lbs), you can say that Qian has an ideal and healthy physique. She's perfectly proportioned, with long limbs, torso, and legs. However, she does have rather wide hips- something she's actually insecure about but has been complemented on by others. She's also got slightly broad shoulders but this time, Qian actually likes showing them off when she can. The female thinks that they look prettier that way. Aside from those, there's not much difference with her and the photos she'd take of herself. Fair skin with a hint of yellow; straight, dark brown, medium length hair; almond shaped, hazel eyes; a high nose; and plump lips (that needs to have color or else she'd look really pale and sick).

style
Qian doesn't necessarily have a specific 'look' that she's going for. Rather, her whole outfit would depend on three points: her mood, the weather and/or where she's going, and the availability of said clothing in her closet. There will be days where she'd doll herself up and wear expensive looking pieces like rompers, dresses, long coats, jewelry, and heels. On other days, she's be seen wearing her favorite yellow hoodies, mom jeans, sneakers, and a cap. Brand isn't really important to Qian, it just so happens that the expensive ones are the more comfortable ones, and it's a total gem if she finds the same quality on online stores or thrift shops. With this being said, yes, fashion is important to Qian but so is comfort and quality. She wouldn't mind buying make up, shoes, accessories, and on some occassion shoes online however, dresses, pants, tops, and other articles under the same category must be purchased personally.

As for her make up choice, Qian would prefer wearing light or "fresh" make up but would heavily rely on finishing the look with her signature red lips. Of course she'd also play around with the colors pink and orange, but it's almost always among just these 3 choices. Then there's her ever colorful fingernails. The design on them changes almost every week, and would almost always be the oddest yet most satisfying thing you'd see. The nail art ranges from pop and rainbow colors, to glitters and metallics. Although due to her lifestlye, Qian does keep her nails a little on the short side, which doesn't really ruin the art.

personalityentj capricorn slytherin

(+) ambitious, confident, charismatic, energetic, strong-willed, efficient, sincere

(-) stubborn, dominant, cold and ruthless, insensitive, intolerant, superiority complex

Sy Qian is by far one of the most complex people you'll ever meet- which is actually why she's the simplest one as well. Come to think of it, the only reason why people would even suggest that it's "easy" to guess what's inside the female's head is of how she presents herself to the public. Qian is seen as a an ambitious and charismatic young woman, who doesn't go by any given standard- especially not that of how women have been traditionally perceived. These thoughts of course, althought true, are only the shallow part of who this boss lady really is.

Like what has been mentioned, Qian is a work oriented woman- something she's gotten from her equally driven mother. This idea is supported by her other personality traits that helped bring her business from the ground up. It all stems from how determined she is to get things done. She isn't someone who'd take "No" for an answer, and would use her charisma to convince and inspire other people to jump in on her cause. Even in difficult situations, Qian is strong-willed and would strive harder to achieve her end goal. She'd help lighten the tension with her confidence and lead her people into doing their 100% to keep the productivity going with minimum wasted time and effort. This, alongside her never ending energy and efficiency, are what makes her a great work commander.

However as all these traits highlight Qian's ambitious self, this also brings out the negativity in her. As no boss is perfect, this woman is the same. Because of her mindset, Qian can sometimes come off as someone stubborn and dominant, which isn't all that bad. However, sometimes all her confidence and willpower can go too far, as she tends to push her vision alone and would sometimes care less of other's suggestions. There are also times when her energy may tire out the people around her- like after all that's happened, you wouldn't really know how tired you are unless you've timed out and have finally gotten a breather. Because of this, Qian is also seen as someone cold and ruthless when it comes to the workplace. Her obsession with efficiency and productiveness in her work field makes the female incredibly insensitive and intolerant of obvious mistakes when pursuing certain goals and/or deadlines- deeming everything else aside from work irrelevant. The thing is, Qian isn't exactly aware of this behavior herself, not unless someone close to her points it out (mostly by her 2nd brother is the only person who can do this). Actually, this part of her is the result of her upbringing as well. Being someone who wasn't given much second thought over, especially by her father's relatives, has pushed Qian to always do her 100% on everything that she does. This has also given her that superiority complex wherein everything that she is helps conceal that feeling of inferiority and failure- something she does not want anyone to see her fall into. Though really, the only major flaw she has in the work place is Qian's tendency to take things to the next level when things don't go originally as planned (and when people somehow becomes irresponsible).

Despite all these, the woman at work only ever stays at work. If she isn't wearing her "Lady Boss" facade, Qian is nothing more but a soft ball- with a mini knife on hand. For one, once all things have been said and done, Qian would immediately let go of any bad feelings. She isn't really one to hold a grudge or dwell on the past. With that said, if she learns that she's somehow offended someone, she wouldn't mind letting her guard down to personally apologize. Others may not accept as fast but anyone could feel the truth in her every word. If there's something about the female that everyone would agree too, it's the sincerity in everything Qian says and does. She isn't a fake person, that's for sure. You'll just have to look closely to decode anything about her. She's also pretty much a cute and feminine person, until you become obstructive. Qian is that person who'd make dad jokes and laugh at them herself, as well has someone who has those weird obsessions (e.g. color-coding and organizing everything to a T). She's also that friend who's quite the spontanious adventurer and party goer- basically the opposite of who she is (in a bad mood) at work. But of course, she's only human and has her own insecurities as well. Physical appearance matters to her, "Because making a good first impression matters." She also doesn't mind (and greatly appreciates) hugs and openly being affectionate towards her- but she'd never say it herself.

likes, dislikes, trivia on the left; ig (hover over pics) on the right. / both are vertical scroll.
LIKES —
spontanious trips and photoshoots
- having her hair loose rather than tied
- getting free stuff (but also working hard for them)
- double dutch icecream
- succulents and buckwheat flowers
- aesthetically prepared powerpoints and reports
- slice of life and romance novels/dramas
- yoga (specifically air yoga)
- strawberry daiquiri and soju
- organizing by category and color-coding her stuff (even asking her friends if they want her to do their stuff as well)

DISLIKES —
- anyone hanging around her bed
- despite enjoying the taste of wine, Qian isn't really fond of grapes
- when someone doesn't know how to draw a fine line between being friendly and being professional (e.g. "Sure you can be friends with your clients or boss but you need to know when it's actually time to stop playing and start getting to work." )
- exercising and jogging
- extremely hot weather (because she's "allergic" and gets red real fast)
- repeating herself when she's said the same thing for about 3x
- when someone insults her dog or any cute living creature (she will fight you)
- body hugging clothes (on her, but if it's on other people, she's fine)

TRIVIAS —
- she lowkey listens to kpop and especially watches over Monsta X (mostly cause of Hyungwon)
- knows how to make a mean cocktail and has even tried bartending at Club Seventeen for a night (she tricked Jeonghan into letting her do it- which was a hit-- while wearing a mask of course)
- has (really) high alcohol tolerance
- tends to and sometimes unconsciously makes dad jokes- and actually laughs at them
- listens to classical music like a mad man when she's trying to think up of new ideas for her store and when designing interiors [but she will listen to kpop when she's stressed]
- if it isn't obvious, Qian loves taking photos of herself and any trivial thing around her and post about it every now and then, the thing is, she gets really uncomfortable when someone else takes her photo without her knowledge
- Christmas Season actually makes Qian feel sad rather than happy + Valentine's Day makes her really nervous for some odd reason
- has a habit of cracking her neck when she's about to do something serious or when she's annoyed- it basically looks like she's about to beat someone up lol
- she oddly has great reflexes and is a fast runner (despite not liking jogging)
- [work] CEO of her own Concept Store and has a side line job of being an Interior Designer
- [fear] Is dead afraid of butterflies and thunder (as well as anything close to it e.g. gunshots on tv, banging of pans, etc.)--- she will literally crouch down shaking, with her hands covering both her ears out of fear
- although her family back in Taiwan may not fully accept her, everything is fine as long as her dad, mom, and brothers are still there and aren't disappointed with her-- to which her only worry is her eldest brother who she isn't really close to + would legit do anything to make them happy
- [weakness] No one knows this (formally but there are some who suspects) but Qian has a highkey when it comes to seeing a certain part of a person's body- especially of a male. When she see's a guy's jaw, neck, and any part of the collarbone or shoulder- she goes nuts. She'd turn red and would (somehow) experience shortness of breath. [Which is why when she saw Seungheol perform- she died a little inside] This may also happen when she sees a good looking guy smirk (and proceeds to do something y), and when someone has pretty hands.
- [secret] The Sys finds themselves playing between bankcruptsy, to which the clan's only hope is amongst the youngest generation aka: Qian, her brothers, and her cousins. The thing is, Qian's father is technically the wealthiest of the family, thus having her eldest brother handling the family hospital business, which means he doesn't really have time for a lovelife as of yet. Her 2nd brother already defied the elders and married the love of his life, though her family is still of high status- which leaves us to Qian. Little did the people around her know but ever since she was younger, she had already been paired to a number of bachelors her age, a little over and even younger than herself. Currently, despite her disagreement over the idea, Qian is planned to marry the son of a family business partner.

background
Sy Qian has always been one of the more "blessed" or "priviledged" females in both her home countries of South Korea and Taiwan. What else do you expect from the only (precious) daughter of a former olympic athlete turned ceo and a renowned surgeon. Although despite the seemingly perfect life the Sy's are putting up, not everything is running smooth within the family. Tension has always been with this clan but it only got worse when Qian's father remarried, to her mom nonetheless. Regardles of her clean reputation as well as the money and honor that Qian's mother brings to the family, the fact that she is half and coming from what people call "new money" is still seen as unacceptable. Despite these, the wedding still happened and the only daughter was conceived. Qian has two older brothers prior her brith, the youngest son finds himself immediately taken by his younger sister while the eldest brither still had his doubts.

Now growing up, Qian has always tried to associate with both her parents cultures, which explains why she grew up moving back and forth from South Korea and Taiwan. During this period, the young girl was able to differentiate and find similarities between the two cultures and families. For one, Qian didn't mean much back at home. Sure she was given material things by her father's relatives but they always seemed so cold and empty when her father isn't around personally. Qian's maternal relatives on the other hand were very warm although are not able to give her lavish gifts, they usually played with her and took her out in fun places. Comparing the two, the youngest Sy could definitely say that she's attracted to her maternal relatives more than paternal, which resulted in her staying in South Korea for about three years before returning to Taiwan. That three years definitely left an impression on the girl and as a result, Qian knew what she had to do.

By eighteen, Qian decided to leave her paternal family's nest and pursue her college education and career in her mother's home country. Not surprisingly, not everyone voiced out any type of disagreement or sincere concern over her decision. One relative, as a representative of the rest, merely reminded her to watch her image because Qian's actions could affect the family name. This sealed the deal for the girl and a few months later, Qian finds herself in a quaint apartment (good enough for regular college students) all to herself, a few blocks aways from her chosen university where she studied business and arts.

current life
Qian's lifestyle at present is no different from your average celebrity in South Korea and Taiwan. She looks as if she's living the life everyone has dreamed off and basically, she deserves it. Although sure, some of her business trips outside of South Korea is funded by her father and/or mother- or sometimes her brothers, the rest of her trips and other business ventures all came from her hard earned money. Currently the CEO of a fast growing concept store, Qian's business caters towards a wide range of audience and has a variety of products. (Meraki) mainly offers homeware, crafts, stationery and gifting products; and has expanded to handmade and customized pottery, bags, tshirts, scents, as well as succulents. Qian also does some interior designing on the side, mostly for close friends and referals- which is how she learned of (and help design) Club Seventeen.

Apparently, Qian's junior in business school had a friend, who had a friend named Lee Yeonjin, who was thinking of creating her own Night Club and was asked if she could look it up as a favor. Being up for the challenge, the overly excited girl agreed to the offer- not really aware that the Night Club was actually a Strip Club as well. It was only later in the design and into meetings with her client, Yeonjin, did she learn of the project's true identity. Of course, not one to back out, Qian still went with the project- with a few precautions of course (like hoping that her involvement with project would not reach her family in Taiwan). Though Qian wasn't able to make it to the Club's opening, she finds herself going back to the place a few times, especially recently when her family starts bringing up talks of engagements once more. The girl doesn't usually hang at the open or common area however, but would usually sneak into one of the VIP booths after staying at the bar,  while taking a swig and probably dragging Yeonjin and/or Chan with her, or in one or two occassions Seungcheol and another female bar tender. (this would explain how not all the dancers know who she is and how she's actually a frequent customer)

Qian's instagram makes it seem like the young CEO's got nothing on her plate when in fact, her schedule is almost always packed. Weekdays are usually made for meetings (with employees), store and product inspections and improvements, and more meetings (with clients). There are also days when she has to attend interviews, events, and photoshoots. The only good thing about being a CEO is that you get to arrange your own schedule, which is why Qian's weekends are usually only for her enjoyment- save for the occassional quick site inspections during her interior design side job. Aside from that, the girl's weekends usually consists of her lazing around or creating new designs at her apartment the whole first half of the day, and ending it by hanging at Club Seventeen.

Sy Zhicheng

Mr. Sy is very much in love with his only daughter. He tries his best to give her the best that there is to offer and would basically do anything for his (forever) little girl. He does his best to teach her everything that he knows when it comes to the business and would help her with any money issues as well. Out of both parents, he'd be the one to make sure that Qian's doing well and would almost always call her when he has the time. He can't really meet with her often but it's good enough for him to hear his little girl's voice. Now Qian appreciates all that her father's done for her and is willing to do as well, which is why there are times that she feels pressure and is rather sorry to him as well- especially with how his side of the family sees her and her mother. She can't help but feel guilty but to give back, Qian does her best every time she's with her dad. They like giving out complements to each other and some advices here and there as well. They even share dad jokes, which they both laugh at wholeheartedly.
--
Mr. Sy is a just and diplomatic man who is full of love for himself and everyone around him. He is the 2nd generation to take his family's business, which his eldest son will be succeeding. He's very humble and adapts well to his surroundings. Like any male in his culture, he is very dutiful and it's hard for him to disagree to the elders in his family- even if there are times that it does contradict with his beliefs as well. Although he does fight for what he knows, he usually ends up with a compromise to appeace everyone instead.

Qian and her mother has a lot in common- which is also why they tend to clash a lot when in the same room. They're both quite headstrong and wouldn't back down until their ideas are seen. Of course, there still is a middle ground (Mr. Sy) and the two woman would get back to their senses. Of course they still have their mother-daughter moments, where Qian would ask her mom for advice when it comes to life. Mrs. Sy would also pretty much check up on her daughter through her brothers and sometimes Meixin, not wanting to bother her daughter- but there are times where she gives in and would more or less nag at the younger Sy for who knows what.
--
Mrs. Sy is a very independent and tenacious woman. She's already experienced  a lot in life and has come from rags to riches. She knows the meaning of hardwork and determination, and is very passionate with what she does- especially when it comes to the company that she's started ever since retiring from the limelight of the olympics. Like any mother, she is also pretty protective of her children and tries her best to be there for them and give them advice, even if she admits that she doesn't know everything. She also unconsciously nags at them (and her husband) whenever she sees something odd.

Sy Chaocheng
6 out of 10

Chaocheng and QIan, despite being siblings, aren't exactly as close as you'd think. At the beginning, the eldest Sy couldn't accept that his father was marrying another woman and the fact that she'd already had been pregnant at the time. So when little Qian came out, he knew that he couldn't accept her just yet. The thing is, over the years of being together and knowing that it really isn't Qian's fault (or her mother's) as to why his own parents got a divorce, just made it harder for him to admit his faults. Not only that, but as time went on, it became more awkward for him to actually get close to his only sister. So to show that he actually cares, he'd silently defend her when their other relatives talks bad about her. He'd even give her some stuff to do for the company every now and then. Despite these, because of the girl being used to her 2nf brother's openess and honesty, she's rather oblivious to the fact that her eldes brother doesn't hate her- and that he's just really not the type to say how he feels. Though after a while, she realizes this after seeing how he (almost blew up) in front of a business partner who talked ill of her. Qian didn't say anything to her brother but was able to become a little less jumpy or awkward around him.
--
Chaocheng is a very calculating and rational man. He's also pretty ambitious and would pretty much focus on work than anything else. In addition to this, he seems to lack understanding on emotional empathy- which he's trying to fix with the help of his siblings. Despite these, he's a good man who holds up to his dignity and his word. He's a very honest man and wouldn't do anything to put himself, his family, or the company in jeopardy.

Sy Lijie
9 out of 10

Lijie is by far the only person who can fully understand and control Qian- without outright doing anything. He's also the first person to ever defend her against their family's biasness over her while still being the teasing older brother that he is. Qian looks up to him a lot and is in turn the only person to whom the female can really put down all guard defenses and just be her childish self. They love teasing each other a lot, and much like other siblings, has this thing where they seem like they're fighting with each other but when someone else talks bad about the latter, things would definitely turn bad. Now although they don't see each other much cause Qian is in another country, the siblings are able to communicate often through the internet or when one of them visits the other.
--
Unlike his older brother, Lijie is much more carefree and friendly to the people around him. He isn't as calculating and guarded either, which is why there are a lot of people who'd say that they'd prefer this Sy over the eldest when it comes to running the company. The thing is, with Lijie being the the clumsy and adventurous bird that he is, he'd rather not lead the company down to ruins.  Having to socialize in events and probably promote the company through what he's personal hobbies is good enough for him.

Ong Meixin
8 out of 10

Qian and Meixin are basically long lost sisters and immediately clicked the first time they've been intorduced to each other- despite their difference in personality. Despite being the same age, Qian is by far the mature one between the pair, but it's Meixin who reminds Qian (at times) when she's being too hard on herself and others. They balance each other out in a very nice way and would go through any lengths for the other person. It also helps that they get to hang out a lot in family meetings and parties considering that she's the wife of Qian's brother. Now although they're countries apart, they still get to communicate through the internet and sometimes when one of them visits the other. They'd usually just hang out at home or at nice spots around the area where they could talk about just about anything.
--
Meixin is what'd you call a demure woman- with a twist. She's basically any parent would want for their child, friendly, charming, and loyal. Though of course that's not all there is to her. There is a reason why Qian and her were able to become friends, and that's because Meixin is also empathic,  tends to be sarcastic, and is one of a number of people who'd seriosuly find Qian's dad jokes funny.

Zhou Mi
5 out of 10

The only time Qian and Zhoumi has ever interacted was when their families were at the same party or meeting. Zhoumi would usually tag along his father when approaching the Sys and would give Qian a nod in the process. The longest they've ever conversed was nothing more than small talk. After learning of their family's plan however, Zhoumi has tried to connect with Qian in any way possible, although cautiously. He'd send her short messages now and then but nothing that could be considered as flirting or unprofessional.
--
Zhoumi is a man of few words, much like the other men in his family. He's very formal and professional, even for his age. This is to an extent where people would call him cold and prude, which is not exactly true. He's just pretty much disinterested in things not relating to him or his family business. He also doesn't approve of people getting into his personal life so he keeps others at a distance, until the other has actually gained his trust.

Lee Yeojin
8 out of 10

What started out as an interior designer-client thing, ended up going towards a beautiful friendship. Although it hasn't been long, Qian and Yeojin were able to hit it off as friends right after the two work-oriented females got to talk more about themselves outside their usual meetings for Club Seventeen. Their closeness is in that point where Qian can just drag Yeojin into one of the VIP Booths and have a chat and some drinks. Of course in turn, Yeonjin is one of the only people who could actually sleep in the same bed as Qian- and that's a really really huge deal if you knew the female at all. They're basically like each other's sisters that they lowkey ever hoped for.
--
Yeojin is by far one of the most business oriented females you'll ever get to meet. Almost all her personality traits leads to this idea, from her being a workaholic, to being calculating, charismatic, and most definitely frugal. There is not an ounce in this woman's body that doesn't scream boss lady- to which she is actually known for within her most precious club.

Applicant (fe/male)
7 out of 10

Qian has always been a regular in Club Seventeen, which makes her pressence known amongst the people in the club. However, not everyone is able to actually get a close glimpse of the "mysterious" woman who enters and disappears in a matter of seconds in and out of the club. Only a few have actually seen her close up earlier on and those people are Yeojin, Chan, Seungcheol, and this member right here. Their meeting was more of an accident, where (the applicant) notices Qian wobbling away from the bar towards the VIP Booth, with a suspicious patron following behind. Out of instinct, (the applicant) follows the two and learns that Qian had been partially drugged and was in big trouble- to which (the applicant) sprung into action. More or less after the incident happened, Qian was very much thankful towards (the applicant) and they started to hang out and acknowledge each other's pressence in and out of the club.
--
Any applicant would do, be it male or female. As long as this person has a good gut-feeling and who you'd think would work well as Qian's friend.

love interest — Wen Junhui

backup  — Kim Mingyu

personalitye-isfp gemini gryffindor

(+) gentle, affectionate, curious, bold, charming, observant

(-) inconsistent, easily bored, reckless, poor long-term planner, overly competitive, self-esteem issues

Wen Junhui is the defenition of a "work in progress", due to the fact that his overall personality has changed a number of times over the years. Growing up, Junhui had always been gentle and affectionate towards the people around him- especially when there's something he wants. He's also quite bold and rather curious too, traits that the adults then took interest in despite the fact that he was rather spoiled as well. The thing is, even at such a young age, Jun has continually shown signs of being easily bored and inconsistent. Give him a task and he'd do great- up until it gets too taxing for him and he'd immediately drop it for the next shiny item he sees. Without constant excitement or challenges, Jun finds ways to create it himself- which may result in risking bad behavior. This too may suggest that he's someone who's easily distracted and rather reckless but that's only when he hasn't been exactly focused on the first object to begin with. Know that once Jun's given his whole attention on someting, he'd actually stop at nothing to finish what he's started. This honestly rarely happens though but if it ever does, it usually has something to do with recreational things and women- rather than business or school work. To be honest, Jun isn't really much of a business man or long term planner. He rarely makes detailed plans for the future and would rather live "in the now". To him, things come as they do, and is rarely bothered with taking time to layout steps and consequences of his actions- something he's actually learned to change the hard way.

After the incident ragarding his family and himself, Jun's personality has somewhat shifted a little. He's still as charming as ever and uses that to his advantage to get what he can in the foreign land. In addition to this, he's learned how to become more observant and sensitive to other's emotions. He uses this to his advantage, especially when working in the club. He's also grown quite an overly competitive side as opposed to his rather lax and spoiled nature. This is a result of having been taken out of his comfort zone and eing forced to strive for himself in a snap. However, even the smallest of tasks can escalate into intense competition in his eyes- which may rub off wrong with some people. Also, this inadvertly tires him out in the process. However, when he does loose in big or petty competition (mostly initiated by himself), he'd immediately retreats into himself and thinks that his efforts have been for naught. This issue with self-esteem stems from the moment he was "banished" to South Korea, for what he's done and what he believes he can't do.

background —

Before finding himself in the foreign country of South Korea, Wen Junhui or Jun, used to sit comfortably in his family's mansion back in Shenzhen, China. Everything went well for him as he lived the life of a prince, he had everything he wanted and more. Of course, having such status means that Jun had to have some form of responsibility- something the young male had continuously looked over. He was spoiled, that was understandable, but to the point that not even his own parents or sibling could get a hold of him? That wasn't right and it definitely was bad for their reputation- especially business. Continuously partying here and there, even underage drinking with his 'friends', not showing up to family meetings- and if ever her does, he'd look like a total mess. Everything was about to change with Jun's prince-like life once he finally crossed the line.

After learning a few days before his nineteenth birthday of what his family plans for him, which was actually pairing him to one of their business partner's only daughter, he felt as if they were about to tie him down. Because of that Jun thought, "Why not enjoy my last night as a freeman?" And that he did. He went out with his friends to drink and party as usual, but he was just at the wrong place, at the wrong time. The hotel that he went into had been busted a few hours after he'd entered and was one of the people to be taken in for questioning. It was lucky that he was spared of further embarrassment but the mere fact that he, the son of one of China's most famous had been at the scene of the crime looking like he did, was enough for his family to take measures into their own hands.

Because of the "scandal" that Junhui had caused within his company, they Wen's were forced to back out from even trying to get a deal with the other family- though more like, they had no other choice. Now that they've lost that chance permanently, instead of putting their son in a mental or rehab instutution (they were really mad and threatened him that they would) they sent their first born to South Korea to "reflect". This was released to the press as well, which was one way for them to stay quite for the time being. The thing is, the family hadn't thought that their business partner's daughter had already been residing in the foreign land all along. Such coincidence!

Now in South Korea, Jun had to fend for himself. Gone was his princely ways because heck, he had no power over anyone in the foreign land. Sure his education was great back at home but here? He could barely speak the language properly, what more doing anything else? And so he set off to find any means of work that he could. This doesn't mean that his family has actually deserted him. They provided for his place, a loft-type, one-bedroom apartment which wasn't so bad. He had to pay for half of the monthly fees however, in addition to his other daily expenses. Education didn't matter at that point, Jun had barely started college so the "I'm taking a gap year." was used when asked about his studies back in his home country. Though the male did enroll himself in a Korean Class- about three months of miscommunication with the apartment owner and some of his old bosses. So to pay off his end of the rent, his korean classes, as well as his daily expenses, Jun jumped from one odd job to another until he finally found a somewhat stable job in Club Seventeen. It wasn't the best or most dignified of jobs that he's taken but, it paid okay but the tips were huge. Also, it wasn't like the chinese "prince" was ever a stranger to this kind of scene. Now aside from being a "professional dancer" for Club Seventeen, Jun also works as a Wushu Instructor at a martial arts studio two bus stops away from his apartment. On some days, he'd also take the role as a Piano Instructor at a studio a few blocks away from his apartment.

relationship  —

If you base it off of personality alone (or zodiacs if you're into that), then you wouldn't really think that these conflicting personalities would've even worked- but they somehow did. Of course at first, it wasn't all well- what with their age difference and again, personality. But there's something about being in a foreign land and being one of the only people you know who speaks the same language comfortably, that can bring two people together.

[first meeting] Qian and Jun officially met at Club Seventeen, when the two of them locked eyes as the female entered the room while the younger was preparing for his stint on stage. There was a spark- but more so of the feeling you get when you're caught "in the moment" of things. Qian was feeling great after finishing a project and Jun finally got a job he could be good at which pays well. Not to mention the music or other people played a part in this rather magnetic scene. It didn't last long however, since Qian had to go back to the VIP Booths (as usual) and Jun's stint was short since he was new. Though it did leave quite an impression.

[there after] Days after that night, every time Qian would enter Club Seventeen, her eyes would unconsciously wander and search for the male she'd locked eyes with. And every time, they'd give each other a small knowing smile before getting back to their business. This little playful thing lasted for about a month before Qian got tired and made the mvoe herself. Of course she wouldn't go head on without a background check- though she didn't exactly learn much about him because not much was provided by Yeojin. Though him being Chinese was enough to give the girl an extra boost in confidence. They hit it off quite well after Qian's move. Jun would meet up with Qian at the VIP Booth when he's free or wasn't called for, and would just talk comfortably. Qian would mostly do the talking of course while Jun would listen and share his own input on things, maybe a bit here and there- which the older female could never get used to.

Though of course, talking about yourself can get pretty tiring and sometimes even unfair, especially for Qian since she knows little to nothing about the younger chinese male before her. She doesn't want to pry but whenever she does ask about his background and how he ended up in the country, he'd merely say that he was "reflecting" or "trying to be a better person". Which confuses the female more cause- he's in a strip club? Sure that's stereotypical and kinda rude of her to think but, she just gets so frustrated with him sometimes. Add the fact that they never really meet outside of Club Seventeen, which she brought up as well but Jun would just brush it off or change the subject all together.

However, after some time of "secretly" meeting up by the VIP Booths, the two somehow (slowly for that matter) moves their relationship to another level. Although it may not seem much, but after feeling that Qian's starting to get really uneasy not being able to connect with him like any normal relationship should (be it a dating relationship or friendship) he's decided to finally meet up with her outside their usual place. Because of that, the two can finally do "normal stuff" together like eat out at nice restaurants or at street tents. Qian would take Jun to places he hasn't been to around the city and Jun would sometimes bring the female to where he works as a piano tutor and wushu instructor. They'd go to little unofficial "dates" and just talk about their day. Of course it's not all rainbows and sunshine for the two either. Sometimes schedules just won't meet last minute and they'd get frustrated over the other even if they know that no one really has any power of such events. There are also issues with jealousy when Jun would be called into a private room- something Qian used to be okay with but now isn't. And how the male would more or less stalk the older's social media accounts to make sure that there isn't anything about her and another male- he's actually quite possessive what he thinks is "his". Though really, these two doesn't have the right to get mad at each other because well technically, they've never really made their relationhip clear to anyone or each other.

[surprise] Now about a year of " freindship" and "unofficial dates" Qian was about to give Jun an ultimatim, either they finally label what they are and he actually decides to open up about himself or they just forget whatever's happened with them from when they met till that point. However the plan was pushed back (or scratched all together) when a surprise came knocking down the female's door. Ong Meixin, Qian's sister-in-law surprises her friend by coming all the way to South Korea to announce that the elders are starting to make a move regarding Qian's engagement to Zhou Mi. Although it hadn't been formally reported, there news circulating of the two family's coming together through the wedding. This frustrates and worries Qian altogether but what's got her curious is why her friend had to fly all the way to where she was for just that. "I'm throwing you an unofficial bachelorette party, silly! And here else but at the hottest new and secretive Club Seventeen! Oh Q, I'm sure you've heard of that place already!"

Qian couldn't be more conflicted in her life. Qian couldn't really stop Meixin and their friends from coming to Club Seventeen so she had called Yeojin and asked if she could arrange everything for her. Of course the lady boss was dumbfounded by the whole thing, especially since she knows of the relationship her friend has with Jun. Later at the club, Qian is evidently uneasy- for a lot of reasons. One, she knows that Yeojin would later bombard her with questions she can't avoid; two, she can feel the questioning stares and confusion with the rest of the club seventeen members and staff; three, Jun was nowhere to be found. The bachelorette party went well, mostly because the Club Seventeen members were all professionals and put aside their emotions to the side. Meixin and the rest of Qian's friends were able to return home safely but Qian- she knew she had to drag herself back to the club if she wanted to end things quick.

Once she was back in Club Seventeen, everything was how it was once closing time nears. The atmosphere should've been calm but only tension, questions, and a tinge of betayal could be felt. Qian decides to talk to Yeojin first before anyone else but the later chose to let everyone else hear it as well. The female then explains that she wasn't supposed to be engaged- not yet at least, not until things were clear with her family back at home. Though it seems that she wasn't included in anything (again) and that the marriage plans were actually decided on without her knowledge or consent. This somehow brought clearance in the air but there was still something left to explain. "What about Jun?"

[promise] Still in the club A few weeks has passed and Qian couldn't bring herself to return to Club Seventeen. It somehow helped that she had a week's time with her friends but after they've returned to Taiwan, she was left with the same thought that's been haunting her since the bachelorette party. What about Jun? The two haven't really spoken to each other either. Qian figured that he's heard from his friends already and that he didn't want to do anything with her anymore, which she wouldn't be surprised of. At some point, the female even thought that things might even be better that way, Jun and her not talking but- it didn't feel right to her that they didn't even give each other some kind of closure. Qian was getting frustrated again and was about to drop everything when her door bell rang- multiple times. "Alright, I'm coming!" She shouted from her room and quickly went towards her apartmnet's front door, only to see Jun in the monitor. He looked well, save for the fact that he seemed determined to break down her door if she didn't open it soon. With a nervous breath, Qian let the male in and that's when things started to take a turn.

The tension rose as Jun let himself in before closing the door behind him. Qian didn't exactly feel comfortable in that moment but it felt nice seeing the younger again after a while. They moved towards the living room but didn't do much after and the silence was growing thick. Qian cleared to speak but she was beat to it. "Don't marry him." The words caught the female off guard and she wasn't sure if she heard him right. When she didn't give a response, Jun repeated the exact same words, only in a more sincere manner. When there still was no response, he stood up and slowly walked around out of frustration. Qian just sat there, looking down at her hands, not really sure what to say. She had no power over the elder's decision, so although she didn't want to go through with the marriage either, there's nothing she could do about it. "Then wait for me." The female looked up at the sudden words, only to see Jun kneeling down in front of her. Their eyes locked and in that moment, it felt as if the two had been taken back to the first time they'd meet. The spark was there but feelings have grown, and only silence envelope the two once more. Jun then slowly reached from his pocket and took out a simple ring. He then took Qian's hand and inserted the gold band on her ring finger. "I promise to work things out, so please wait for me."

comments + questions —
- Sooooo I made a stupid move and deleted my original app while trying to figure out how to make it (pretty and aesthetic)-- so in the end, I'm back to square one and am trying to salvage what I've actually accomplished. But yeah, it's not going to be as good as how I did it BEFORE ACCIDENTALLY DELETING T^T Hopefully it's good enough for you tho :c
[update] wow this turned out longer than my first app hahahaha I HOPE YOU DON'T MIND :c

- Okay, I just wanted to say that the whole theme or idea of the story just got me curious and in the end- hooked about everything. I mean, I didn't expect to find anything like this in aff. Maybe there are but it's rare, esp for an applyfic.

- Oh and that pw- I seriously searched for strip songs hahahahaha luckily I found the *perfect* one- at least, that's how I feel lol It even has its own dance routine so, it can help you visualize everything HAHAHA Btw, since it's been quite long since I actually got inspired to start this app (and since the original one got deleted T^T), I kinda mixed the remaining idea in my head with what you like to see in apps, which is why Qian may somehow seem like a mess-- though I do hope she's alright for you!!

- So to clarify, no Jun didn't tell Qian that he was actually one of the candidates to marry her but he screwed up and now their love story is in a brink. I dunno, I felt like it would be nice to frustrate to readers somehow lol But it's entirely up to you if you want him to tell her! And I left the ending to you because I'm really fine if this ends up with them together or not. Cause you know, it'd actually be really hard for Jun to rise up again against Zhoumi's cleaner records. But yeah, we can only hope.

- Also, I hope you don't mind that I made my Qian and Yeojin have an interior designer - client kind of relationship at first that later turns into a friendship. I just tried to incorporate as much as I can (of what you'd probably like and how I saw my character at the beginning of conceptualizing for the story)

- Oh and there are linked words around in the app that leads to picture to give you a better idea of what I was going for. Words are: Soft-ball with a mini knife, Seungcheol perform, loft-type one bedroom apartment, and simple ring.

scene request —

- I've got some scenes all around my app but most are in the background, family/friends relationships, and love interest relationship. It'd be nice if you could do one of those too! PS: The bachelorette party is there too~

- When for one reason or another, Qian and Jun ends up drinking together and oddly enough, Jun gets drunk first. Qian doesn't really want to leave the younger behind and she doesn't really know anyone at the club personally at that time (everyone she knows are either on leave or no where to be found) so she decides to take him home- no problem with that. While in her apartment, Qian finds herself lending Jun her bed- a place she doesn't let anyone go near to, and just contemplates how she ended up looking at the peaceful Jun on her bed as she tucks away the stray hair on his face.

- Maybe an inspection(?) scare but it turns out that they're just some hired people/guards trying to look for Qian or some other *important* person in the club. They were tipped off from the outside that they'd find their target there so that's why they entered all tough and suspiscious.

- When Qian's 2nd older brother comes visit Qian after his wife does, after hearing from her that there was something off about the female. He wanted to surprise her but is instead surprised over what he's learned. He was stalking his little sister, something he usually does before pouncing on her and she's usually punch his arm- but instead, he suddenly get grabbed by the arm and pushed hard on a wall by an unfamiliar male. He looked young and was actually pretty familiar. "Who are you and why are you following Qian?" An accent? Lijie thought before trying something out- "Who are you?" He spoke in Mandarin and this flustered the younger male which then gave him the chance to switch positions. He pinned down the younger male and took a good look at him. A few seconds later or struggling it finally hit the older male. "It's you- isn't? That kid at the hotel?" Apprently, Lijie and Meixin were in the same place as Jun, but left about an hour after the younger male arrived on the scene. Let's just say that the younger had a silent reputation wherein if he'd show up, something was bound to happen good or bad, and Lijie wasn't having it at that time. He found it funny, having found one of their business partners in this foreign country but something suddenly clicked. "How do you know my sister?"

In the end, Lijie was very persuasive and was able to get everything out from Jun. Of all people, he wouldn't have thought that his little sister was going to fall for the Wen's kid. But of course, it's Qian he's talking about- nothing is ever predictable when it comes to her. So after collecting that information, Lijie is left with a decision- how can he and Chaocheng get to convince their father of their dearest little sister's predicament?

[Of course Lijie is going to tell his older brother, that's what he does. And of course, although Chaocheng isn't going to admit it, he's already gone soft on Qian. So now, being the older brother that they are, they'll have to decide how they're going to help their little sister's love life and potential marital future.]

^^^^ I added this scene just in case you needed a loophole of how Jun might've done something to overcome the "wall" that is Zhoumi. Oh and yes, Jun was secretly stalking Qian too after the bachelorette party lol He was also there btw, just hiding since he knew some of Qian's friends and didn't want to be seen in the Club.

password — I honestly couldn't choose with these boys so- luckily I was able to find a pic with all three of them! <3
