Ways To Sleep Peacefully At Night?

Do any of you guys have any tips on how to sleep good at night? I swear I toss/turn every single night and it's driving me nuts >< I've heard if you have some lavender scent in your room it'll help you sleep better but I dunno. Should I try it and does it really work? I just for once want to get better if not good sleep T^T I love sleep and my nana told me she thinks that's why I've been moody/emotional lately (I'm not on my period either so that's not it) so yeah....any tips would be greatly appreciated!

i listen to ballad music at night then it helps me sleep. to much stress maybe? ppl in my school, we often do things like way till midnight, that's why maybe we sleep better. u can try on-ing the air con?

Idk any tips but my mum had bought some ZzzQuil last week for me because my spine is messed up and I can't sleep well at night so I took some and it worked very well ^-^

I always have all off my fans on (cold air helps me fall asleep faster :D) and have the TV on a 15 minute or 30 minute sleep timer.

Play soothing music?? Drink warm milk before heading to bed??

Have the room at a cool temperature and have a duvet. The weight is good and the cool temp means you don't overheat. The warmth of the duvet also makes you comfortable and sleepy ^^

drink hot chocolate before you sleep? read abook? (not a fanfiction because computers make you restless)
