So I think that my history teacher now knows about Kpop because he mentioned about Gangnam style being the most viewed on Youtube, and most downloaded on iTunes. He was talking about that during class and a few kids wanted to know how to spell 'oppa'. The man wrote down 'opo' on the board =_= I understand that he was trying his best to spell the word but being a die-hard fan of Kpop it makes me look dumb! Plus he said that he was Chinese, I corrected him by saying he was Korean (I said He's Korean, not Chinese; yes I have a sassy mouth) Then all of the kids kept saying 'opo gangnam style' I felt like yelling out, "DUDE ITS NOT OPO ITS OPPA! GET IT RIGHT YOU STUPID F**KING BASTARDS!!"

....But being a 'nice' and 'quiet' kid I kept quiet and was forced to listen to them. Not to mention that a few kids were saying gibberish words like "Ching ching chong" saying that it was Chinese.

You're right Zhou Mi, that aint NO WHERE near Chinese. Sorry if I annoyed you in anyways of the ranting.

My friends and brothers are like why do you listen to Kpop? Do you understand. And now they're all like OPPA GANGNAM STYLE! .. Like -_- *facepalm* shut the ____ up.

It such a stereostype that ppl thinks all Asians are Chinese -________- We talked about this with my math teachers. Apparently, they thought he said "Open style" XDDD

i know in my school there is no korean or chinese or japanese ppl at all except vietnamese and even though the kids have known us for three-four years they still call us the other asian names even though we repeatedly tell them it's vietnamese and they say that asian is a type of asian ....... makes no d*mn sense
on the plus side most of half the ppl in my school don't like my music taste cuz i like kpop not 1D and JB, but they all like OPPAN GANGNAM STYLE EEEEHHHHH~~~ Y LADY~~ XDD

That happens all the time. Omfg. And I'm not quiet kid, I seriously tell them to ____ the f*uck up and get their facts straight. lol. Yeahh. Now my friends know the difference lol.

It annoys me that people think all asians are Chinese, thank god I don't know anyone like that. Korean and Chinese are two totally different languages you can tell the difference. I don't think calling them 'bastards' is probably the wisest thing, but I can see why it would be very annoying having to explain to someone: 'Korean and Chinese people are different!'.

Oh don't worry honey~~~ I get on people all the time for saying that anything Asian must obviously Chinese -_- Those people need to take Geography lessons---or better yet common sense lessons--- because they need to stop guessing Chinese when Korean inf act sounds almost nothing like Chinese most of the time. If they'd open their ears, they'd know that he's Korean *grumbles* Sorry, ignorant and people get on my nerves haha
