Background: Born to a chinese pair of newly weds, yes, Dongmun's parents had him before marriage and were only officially engaged the day he was born. In everyone's eyes, he's the kid whom was said to be brought up badly for his parents reckless and irresponsibility in parenting their child. Being brought up like this wasn't the best for Dongmun hence he had matured early to cope his life full of profanities thrown his way. He's always being mocked and laughed at by the people of his place. Only after years close to a decade, he was accepted to a school in Korea through an exchange student program and left China for the time being. There, he learnt the Korean culture and sorts, managed to make friends and all. He realised that living here was way better than being teased and bullied by the people in China. Hence, he tried many things to keep himself in Korea. Even till the end of the ESProgram, he didn't return to China, but stayed over at a friend's house whom he met in Korea as well. His friend was kind enough to let him stay after he found out about his life in China and was sympethic with the elder. They managed to enter Lexis Media after entering the auditions held there.

Personality: Hot tempered he is. Who knows when he'll curse out loud in Chinese under his breath or in your face. Keep away from him if he's not in a good mood. He's not one to fool around with. Until you've gotten closer to him -God knows how- then only will you be daring enough to play a joke with him. He's really cool if you're one of his close friends. If not, he'll just come off as a really really really scary person. Independent. That's his middle name. He had lived half his life without his parents for they were really irresponsible people. More than half of the year, they'd be overseas having their honey-moon leaving their 5 year old son to live on his own hands. When it comes to music, he's always serious. For what has brought him hope to live on without his irresponsible parents is music itself. Whenever he's around music, he seems the calmest and doesn't look that scary anymore.

First friend: Chen (EXO) He's the first person Dongmun befriended after arriving in Korea. They did many things together and are always laughing at each other. Though they are interested in different genres of music, they tend to get along well. Chen debut as a member of EXO-M having promoting in China, they didn't contact each other that much any more. They only chat via phone messaging.

Love interest 1: Lay (EXO) After Chen debuted in Exo, Dongmun got to know of the members when Chen and him video called. He fell for Lay's derpiness and cute dimples. It was love at first sight! <3 But then he fell harder for each time whenever he looks through the internet for their interviews.
