Biography: Jin was born and raised in Seattle, Washington in the US. Her dad is Korean and went to school in America where he met her Caucasian mother. They stayed in America, but spoke Korean at home all of the time, so she picked up on it along with English. She eventually moved to South Korea when her dad’s job transferred him there. She is an only child, so is very spoiled.
It’s hard for her to make new friends so she doesn’t have anyone she’s close to in Korea, yet. It was hard for her to leave her best friend, Chase, back in Seattle, but they text and call each other on a regular basis, but with her blossoming career, their communication has diminished somewhat.
She is a very private person and doesn’t usually talk much, but she’s a sweet girl when you get to know her. Jin is also very smart academically, but not so much street-smart. Also, because she thinks she can do everything on her own, she’s very stubborn and gets herself into trouble a lot. However, even if she gets hurt, she refuses to cry. One of her misconceptions is that crying makes you weak and she wants to be as strong as she can be so she can live up to her parent’s expectations.
Jin started at Wooliment to get over her fear of public-anything. They decided she was a good dancer and liked her voice and so put her on as a backup dancer/singer for various performances, but she’s been wanting to step it up and do something bigger.
What would someone like about her?: Jin is a strong person and if you need a shoulder to cry on, she can comfort you. Somehow, although she’s quiet, she can make you feel better with just a few words. She cares for the people around her, even if she doesn’t particularly like them.

How did you meet?: Jin was outside, about to go into the dance studio when a loud noise startled her. Startled, she jumped on the nearest person, who turned out to be Lee Sungjong, a complete stranger at the time. Embarrassed, she muttered an apology before quickly running away. Later, she was alone in a room, practicing her dance routine, when he entered, thinking that the room was empty. He was slightly impressed with her dance skill (especially her ‘y dance’ because she looks too innocent to pull it off) and stays to watch. When she realizes that someone is watching her, she stops and starts freaking out (shy about other people only watching her, remember?) and he just laughs at her. They strike up a conversation with him starting off asking her about her behavior earlier that day. She explains, more than a little embarrassed, but he’s sweet about it. Since that day, she’s liked Sungjong, but can’t admit it to herself because she doesn’t want to get caught up in boy drama.
