I am REALLY annoyed by a specific kind of you fanfiction. What I'm talking about is the fanfiction tagged as you and then the description goes like this:

This is just an example but it's usually like this:

Lee Hyori(You):

*usually contains a photo of an ulzzang*

You're asian, have blue eyes, naturally blonde and curly hair, you have BIG plump lips, huge eyes, you're a super-model with the best body and you're an amazing dancer. You're always happy, very girly and LOVE PINK! You like CATS not DOGS, YOU DON'T LIKE DOGS.

OMG REALLY?! IS THAT ME?! Wait till I grab a mirror and admire myself... no... that's not me.

I mean, not your every reader is blonde, asian, has blue eyes and curly hair, plump lips huge eyes, looks like a super-model is an amazing dancer is girly, loves pink and cats. Chances are, none of them is so... how is that them? If you write a you story, you're supposed to write it in a way where you don't mention the main character's name or appearance so every reader would identify with the charater, aren't I right?

It's either people have the wrong idea about this, or I'm the one who got it wrong... If I got it wrong, sorry but if I'm right, then I've got to say that I'm REALLY annoyed when I search for "you" fanfiction and all the results are all like that...
