The reason why Taeyeon stood in between Tiff and Seo is because if she was to stand in Tiffany's position, she would beholding B1A4's member's hand. If she was to stand in Seohyun's position, she would be holding Changmin's hand. Since Suho has the hots for her, and I'm sure she too has the hots for Suho HARHARHARHARHAR, she stood in the middle so that she would be holding both girls hands instead of boys.
