Kim SooYee is a bright, vibrant girl who enjoys the simple things. She loves color--she loves saying "A splash of color will make anything better!" She smiles a lot because she simply enjoys it. She is very much a fashionista. She loves to dress up and look good because of the fact that appearances are everything to her. She throws things together because she likes to see what actually works. SooYee doesn't really mind who has anything to say about her because she is comfortable in her own skin. She likes to make others smile and is very comfortable around anyone that she really meets. Her day is made whenever someone she knows smiles because of something that she says or does. Sure, she is sweet and generous most of the time, but, she also has a very bad attitude when provoked. She doesn't like to show that side of herself because she is typically sweet, however, her attitude is definitely the worst. She has a way with words and will out talk anyone who has something negative to say. Some might call her a b****--while others may say she is one of the greatest people they know.

{Background}

Kim SooYee is naturally from France. All through elementary school, she felt that she didn't belong and that she was shunned by those around her because she was not completely like them. For one, she wasn't 100% French. She was half Korean and the children there didn't quite understand that. Secondly, she was overweight, at the time, and was picked on constantly because of that. Her parents found out and decided, during the summer, to move her to Korea. There, her situation wasn't really different. She tried to make a lot of friends, yet they didn't accept her there, either. In high school, she was bullied, but she never really let that validate who she was. She worked hard to lose weight, for her, and when she did, people started circling her. She realized that they weren't the type of people that she wanted around her if they didn't accept her for who she was then.

She is very humble because she knew how it felt to be on the other side of the bullying. Even overweight, she was in love with fashion and colors. It was her hobby to dress up and take photos of herself and things around her. She is grateful for the life she has and wouldn't change anything about her situation then or now.

Sure, he is muscular and intimidating, but he is sweet and caring. He met SooYee completely by mistake. In fact, one day, he decided to work out at the gym and he saw a girl working out on the treadmill. She was working out really hard and looked exhausted. She stopped the machine, turned to him, and smiled. He had never seen someone smile so beautifully at him before. He had to know her name and found out through the gym directory. He met her a few times after that, and even though he was an idol, she certainly did not let that get to her head. She was very humble and sweet and that's what he liked. He befriended her and over the many months, they became close...
