The new one is prettiful! The only thing you should change in my opinion, is the font. A nice poster like that<br />
should have a great font that goes along with it. Great job! :]

I see you're practicing with more brushes and extras and THAT'S GOOD! I think that shows that you've pretty much got the idea of how to use Photoshop and now you're giving yourself room to grow in your abilities. :] <br />
