sad... confused... i dont know...

I... was talking to a friend... and she brought up something that had to do with a boy... I'm envious of her.... she... she got to confess.... I... I don't have the confidence to.... I'm too scared to getting hurt again... I dont know what to do anymore..... what should I do...? I'm so confused.....

My advice is try asking the guy on a friendly date. If you go to school ask him to something like a school play and use the alibi of extra credit for a class. Or if that doesn't work get a group of friends together and all go out to dinner and a movie. That way you two won't be alone so the awkwardness of a first date won't arise and you'll still be able to have fun and get to know the guy better.
