So lately I've been reading this horror manga called 'Fuan no Tane' or something like that, anyway it's got a collection of short (and I mean super short @_@) tales/urban legend's from Japan :) If you're into that stuff I highly reccomend it. But sometimes the chapter's are so short you don't know how it's so creepy ^^;  There's also another one I read too called 'Fuan no Tane Plus' basically the same thing, but like a sequel to Fuan no Tane I guess.
