Well anyway I too am SO much Curious on how i will be able to watch it since September 1 is just a day away.
NOW.....!!!!!!
so i searched this, and thank GOd for some Blogs done by other ss501 fans that i was able to compile all this information:

Other suggestions: for tvants search to work you've got to change every server on the list to list.ccants.com ... i mean instead of ----.tvants.com, modify it to ----.ccants.com.. you guys should try it.
CCAnts is the new site for TVAnts, i think. This is where the new TvAnts DL, and so far it's been doing well. http://ccants.com/
MBC Live Streaming > Best with IE too. You need to be a registered member. Then you've to download ActiveX
To register: Go to http://member.imbc.com/user/join.html
–> Click “Foreigner living abroad”
–>Check “Agree” Twice on following page then press purple button
–> Fill out form ^.^…which is in English! How convenient :3 (password must have both letters and numbers)
–> after your account is created, click “continue to iMBC” (purple button at bottom”
–> Hover over “ON-AIR” on the top left corner of the website’s homepage and press “TV”
–> Log in again and VOILA! Tune back in at 9:55PM!! Korean time of course =) I suggest you don’t leave this whole making account thing to last minute as it may take a while to get used to =) To enlarge the watching window, press the options beside “on top”

–>Click File > Open URL or [ctrl + u]
–>Paste http://vod1.dgmbc.com/live into the box & press ‘OK’
TVSBox > best using IE. just click on the station you want to watch
Friall TV > just click on the play button [but buffering may be terrible]

HaruHaru has already confirmed to do the subs, they have a twitter account for updates
Viikii will upload subs in many languages
***Please follow their Rules as to not cause unneccesary lags
midnights-dreams blog, they are quite slow but the videos are already subbed. personally i like their video/subs....
WithS2 has still yet to confrim to do the subbing
