Good Things Can And Will Happen ;)

So today was very long, but it proved that good things can happen, no matter where and when, and regardless of whether or not you're looking for them to happen.

And it also shows that by blogging about it, I'm not this miserable person who hates the world XD

*On a side note, all the stuff about Block B is really bothering me. I'd like people to STOP blaming Nichkhun and stop hating on Block B and everyone get along. Arasso? That's where I'll leave it for now ;) *

My day started at 7 in the morning...a Saturday, at 7 in the morning ._. But I had dance practice at 9, so whatever. When I went, I found out that my pregnant dance teacher who lost her husband is coming tomorrow to visit and check up on us. Which means she's doing much better. And we're throwing her a surprise baby shower, so yay ^^

What made dance even better than usual was the fact that I managed to land 2 tricks I've been trying to do FOREVER but never been able to master ^^ Although in the process of actually doing one of them, I bruised my arm, but a small price to pay for accomplishing something so difficult :D

Right after dance, I had a tech rehearsal for my school play until 5pm...didn't even get to go home ._. Today's tech rehearsal was watched ever so closely by a man named Neil...not only is he a choreographer and director, he is an actual member of Broadway. Like legit, he's starred in numerous Broadway productions. OHMYGA this man is incredible XD On the down side, he's gay ._. Not that it's a bad thing at all...but I love men who can act, sing, and dance XD He'd have no interest in me lmfao.

The character I was cast as is a supporting role, but she's weird as hell lmfao. She's in charge of the jail, and she's all serious one moment, and then when no one is looking she bursts into dance and stuff. She's crazy aha. At the end of the scene, I get a solo. If you don't know what is...I don't either XD It's basically throwing random syllables together to make a song with a beat and stuff.

So I basically do my own thing at the very end. I'm always nervous to do it because I'm the main focus doing something totally ridiculous. The more I've done it in practice though, the more comfortable I'm getting, cuz I also have to dance like crazy when I do it.

We get around to starting the number, and I decide to change a few things up as I go along. Subtle things. Like I make faces at the audience and secretly antagonize a few prisoners and stuff. Neil liked that, so I was off to a good start.

Then it gets to my solo, and I go nuts. The kids that aren't performing are watching and laughing their asses off. I get to the very end and do a full split and such, and Neil practically breaks his chair. I thought his nuts fell off. He was laughing like crazy and gave me a standing ovation and cheered. So did everyone else.

Mad excited yo. It's not every day the sub-vocalist gets a solo that gets applause and recognition by a Broadway actor. ing made my day XD ♥

Thought I'd share something positive for once~ Everyone keep your heads held high, because good things will come your way~ ♥

Whoa sounds like you had a awesome day :D That's right! If we all think negative, about certain things only bad things will happen. That's why I'm going to stay positive, like for the novel I'm working on...though I'm not sure if that really fits in :P
