— yeom injun, a chaotic member but knows how to tune it down when he needs to.

— born in incheon as seo injun, his parents didn't get along well and his father was abusive to his mother. they divorced shortly after the birth of his younger sister, inhye (2004), and his mother filed for divorce, packing up and moving to perth, australia with her children. injun's and inhye's english names are percy and sadie respectively.

— his father tried to get his way into custody by flying all the way to australia, getting -faced drunk and attempting to attack them.

— thankfully nothing happened, not only did his father lose all rights to custody, he also landed himself a lengthy jail sentence.

— however, the incident left its' scars on injun and inhye who were 10 and 5 respectively at the time, causing them to develop ptsd and general anxiety.

— their mother knew about this and encouraged them to take up as many extracurriculars as they wanted, assuring them that once they find one or a few that they feel they can express themselves comfortably in, they can drop the rest.

— it took injun a few tries but he finally realized that he could express his emotions through rap and writing lyrics. so he began performing his self-written raps and getting into street rap battles on the streets of perth to let his own feelings out and get some extra money.

— it didn't take long before his mother found out about what he was doing and told him about how inhye was planning to audition for an entertainment company in south korea, encouraging injun to do the same. although wary at first, injun decided to give it a try and auditioned for blank entertainment, getting accepted.

— his character arc will follow his struggles with his ptsd and anxiety, as well as his discovery of his uality and his slowly blossoming relationship with fellow member, jung misun.

— adrien choi: the main clown at the attraction that is ground zero. do not let him make any decisions that require logical thinking, you will only end up with regrets and premature grey hair. he makes some questionable decisions.

— he is a great cook though, so the group won't go hungry. and he 100% can and will clap back at antis and call sasaengs out in all the languages he knows.

— born in bordeaux, france to korean parents, adrien taejoon choi spent some time of his life there along with his siblings raphael/hyojoon and esther/hyunjoo. and when he was around 8-9 years old, his family packed up and moved halfway across the world to sydney, australia.

— as a child, he was subjected to bullying a lot because of his ethnicity and appearance, something which he has no control over, so he was constantly trying to fit in with the others, but eventually left out.

— a lot of people may think that living in two different countries as a child is so cool and all that, but it's not. especially if it's not the country where you're ethnically from. because he didn't spend any time in korea as a child, adrien grew up super distant to his korean roots. he could barely speak the language when he first arrived in south korea and still struggles with it sometimes even though he has improved a lot since then.

— he was also told that he was "not french enough" for the french and not "australian enough" for the australians, and, eventually when he does come to korea, "not korean enough" for the koreans due to his mannerisms.

— all this eventually led to an identity crisis, something which adrien is still struggling with today because "what the am i?"

— his character arc will focus on self-discovery, mainly him learning to come to terms with the fact that he is more than his nationality/where he lived/grew up and that he's him, adrien taejoon choi. and the fact that he's a disaster biual (male-leaning, sorry ladies u m u)
