kang jian was an overachiever ever since he was a child, always aiming for perfection. nothing more, nothing less. his parents always taught him to dream big, to be the best at whatever he did. his dreams with his childhood best friend at the peak of their innocence, becoming idols and dominating the kpop scene together, also shaped his ambitiousness. but when he actually stepped into the scene, that's when it got real. the rigorous training, living off caffeine and close to no sleep, the continuous weight checks… and a looming monster called burnout, as well as the fact that he found out he can produce a mean anti-drop. only his dreams with his childhood friend got him going, until, eventually, ei/on fell apart. and with that, jian fell apart as well. he's currently working as an in-house producer for "insert company here" and is perfectly content with his life. until his childhood best friend and his first and only love reaches out to him, telling him that ei/on may be in the process of reuniting.
