Hey everyone!

I know that some of the people I have in my friends list are also some of my readers, but even if you aren't, your input would be appreciated! If you don't feel like reading about what my motivation for creating the poll was/the things to consider when voting, then you can just skip to the link at the bottom of the page which should direct you to the poll.

As some of you may or may not know, I'm working on a story right now (the description of which and a teaser for the story can be found in this link). I originally planned on the story to be a relatively short story with no more than 10 chapters, but as it turns out, I'm just incapable of writing short stories with sufficiently short chapters ^_^ as of right now, the longest chapter as 11K words, with the shortest being 8K.

The dilemma I'm in right now is that I don't know how long I should make each chapter. I get the feeling that 10K word chapters may be too long, since I personally get intimidated by them sometimes, but if I separate the chapters in half, then I'm not sure how what my release schedule should look like. If I do two chapters a week, then there's a chance people will miss every other chapter, but if I release one a week, then the story's content will be coming out much more slowly than I anticipated.

Maybe this is important, but my original plan for the story's release schedule was to keep the chapter lengths as they are and release them once a week. With all that in mind, what do you think? I would greatly appreciate if you voted in the poll below! :D

EDIT: there's an important thing I forgot to mention. When I start releasing the chapters, I'll have written every single chapter, with the only thing needed to be done being editing/revising.
