↳ 정미선　he had his name changed to jung misun once his aunt and uncle officially adopted him. mostly changed his first name due to his aunt and uncle's surname being jung and he didn't want his name to be jung jungsun, so he just rearranged his name to misun to incorporate his old surname.

↳ 静善　the chinese translation to his old name is jingshan and is what he normally called in china. is barely called this after his name change.

↳ SUNYEE　his producer name that he goes by, pronounced as sun-yee. his aunt and uncle helped him think of this name and it incorporates both his name and his mother's name.

NICKNAMES

↳ SUNSHINE　a nickname that his parents affectionately called him, especially his mother, since he was their precious little sunshine. his aunt and uncle call him this as well since it's essentially his title. this nickname followed him during produce as well.

↳ BABY BOY　misun is really cute and soft that people are drawn to calling him baby boy most of the time. it also doesn't help that he can easily be picked up by anyone who's taller and stronger than him as well.

↳ ANGEL　one of the first things you'll notice about misun is that the boy is a complete angel. correlating with his baby boy nickname, he's very soft and just wants to please everyone.

↳ LIL BRO　a nickname that came to be on produce 101. many trainees have spoken about misun, that his appearance and aura just make them want to baby him and bring out the older brother inside of them. he became korea's little brother in a instant, following throughout the show and even after.

↳ SILVER　another nickname that came from produce. misun was known for his silver hair that he had during produce that many watchers ended up calling him silver due to that.

↳ NERD　misun wears glasses, that much is true. so his bullies from school called him that. another varient insult that include his glasses is four eyes.

↳ STUTTER BOY　misun has a stutter and he can't help it. so he's bullies called him this to emphasize on the poor boy's stutter, not realizing that they were the reason why he began stuttering in the first place.

↳ COUNTRY BUMPKIN　he hails from busan which is in the country side of korea. along with his heavy satoori accent, he was called this. usually it's an endearing nickname as he was called this affectionately on produce, but bullies had called him this to put him down (even though they live in busan as well).

↳ LONER　kids called him a loner cause he has no actual parents. that his aunt and uncle only took him in cause they felt sorry for him and that he's truly alone.

APPEARANCE

misun is a tiny, young thing.

with a bmi on the verge of underweight, misun is not one to gain much weight and is easy to pick up by any of the stronger members of the group. he is rather pale as well and just burns under the sun's rays. his waist is pretty small for a male with prominent hipbones and a smooth stomach. his thighs are rather thick from his practicing (and some joke that it's where most of his weight comes from).

misun's body holds a lot of scars from his past and present. a rather nasty scar on his right elbow which is his only scar from his car accident. it's usually hidden by elbow sleeves whenever he wears short sleeves. little white criss-cross lines litter his wrists and the insides of his thighs due to self-harm. his wrists scars are easily hidden with wrist bands or any multitude of accessories placed on his wrists to distract people's attention from them.

his hands are tiny along with his feet which make people think it's the reason he can still dance well.

misun has a few piercings in his ears (ref yeonjun), but always wears the same pearl earring in his left earlobe.

he is void of tattoos.

STYLE

misun has two sides to his fashion: public and dorm. close friends and his group members know that misun really doesn't care for fashion as he takes comfort over style most of the time. he's very content in wearing oversized hoodies that drown on him and baggy sweats, leaving his little feet either barefoot or socked.

but to the public, misun is certainly fashionable. some even call him a rising fashion icon for the clothes that he has worn in the past. truthfully, these are clothes that his aunt has picked out for him in the past and he just follows her formula of fashionable outfits cause he wants to look his best for everyone when he goes out in public.

though there are two things he's always seen wearing: a pearl earring dangling from his left earlobe from his mother and a family ring he wears on his right thumb from his dad.
