actually- a lot of produce contestants had major crushes on misun and tried to confess to him multiple times during the show but misun was just ówò and oblivious so they all got friendzoned

i guess his predebut group would be stray kids but that obviously didn't happen because he dropped out from jyp and became just a producer instead since he went on produce as an individual trainee
but that wouldnt work really- i guess i can come up with a fictional group of trainees maybe?? yeah lets do that hahaha
lets say...jyp was planning on making a group similar to uniq- half korean & half chinese. and maybe one of the real reasons why he originally accepted misun was that he's korean chinese and perfect for his group idea.
alright- the group...group names...thats it. their predebut name was wrldwide. how many members?? maybe five? 2 koreans & 2 chinese? so misun was the one in the middle?

but the plan ultimately fell through the moment jyp noticed that debuting was not good for misun and decided to keep him producing
but i could totally see misun & the trainees still being friends. all the trainees ended up going separate ways- wonho becoming a indie artist, feng becoming an actor in china, alec doing modeling, and shaolin getting back into ballet

beijing, chn > 3-14 2001-2012 / moves to china to be closer to mother's family, things are great, still very much loved, car crash at 12, parents died, jungsun in a coma for a few months, ends up in child care for a few years as father's sister tries to adopt him, suffers from heavy bullying due to his trauma, experiences ptsd when it comes to cars, went to therapy
busan, sk > 14-present 2012-present / comes back to korea, develops a stutter, suffers more bullying from stutter, starts to self-harm & have suicidal thoughts, didnt go back to therapy, hides his thoughts from everyone, changes his name to his aunt & uncle's family name (jung), gets into producing, composing, singing songs to help as therapy

early 2016 > jyp lets him go as a trainee, but he still works as a producer, gets famous for co-producing ioi's downpour
mid 2016 > join pd 101 season 2 in hopes to help with his stage fright & jyp encouraged him, his sweet & shy personality mixed with his voice gets him really popular, ends up at rank #12 (replacing jung sewoon)
late 2016/early 2017 > focuses on his producing with jyp before being approached by areum

jung haeun - fc ??? - previously min haeun, is misun's aunt who jumped into paperwork to adopt her nephew the moment he was alone. she had promised her brother & step sister the moment he was born that she would protect him if something ever happened to them. she was named misun's god mother for a reason after all. so it wasnt a surprise that she wanted to adopt misun and her husband agreed. haeun is a pretty well known choreographer under jyp. she dabbles in both female and male choreos, she's mainly known for choreoing a lot of miss a and 2pm dances (more currently choreoing for itzy). after noticing misun still having problems with bullying and his self-issues, she starts incorporating dance with and even puts in a referral to get misun into jyp as a trainee. she was extrememly proud for misun joining produce, knowing it was completely out of his comfort zone. she's very wary of areum and her company, because she can see that misun is starting to relapse all the recover he has done in the last few years...
jung kanghui - fc ??? - a freelance producer who hasnt really gotten big break in creating a big hit song, but his name is known (uses his full name, nothing special). he and haeun have always wanted a child of their own, but they never had the time with haeun choreographing and he producing. so when haeun wanted to adopt misun after his parents passed away, he immediately agreed to adopt misun. when he misun stopped his therapy, he introduced the boy to producing to help cope and he was so glad to see misun soak up all of his advice. he knows there's something up with rebirth, he just knows it. he's very protective of misun and pretty much considers misun as his own son.
jung woohyuk & jung ziyi (li ziyi) - fc n/a - misun's father and mother. they were a loveable couple and lived life to fullest. everyone loved them for their easygoing and optimistic personalities. misun hasn't been entirely the same after their death. he misses his parents dearly, especially his mother (as he was definitely known as a momma's boy before). he has keepsakes of them that he keeps on him at all times: a ring from his father and a pearl earring from his mother.
joo - albino ferret - after misun quit therapy, haeun & kanghui got misun an emotional support animal to help him. it was one of the best things they've ever done. misun absolutely adores joo. actually, he wanted to name the lil ferret zoo, but despite misun's perfect english pronounciation, he cannot pronounce z's so the lil ferret was thusly named joo. joo is a sweet lil thing, but has his mischievous side (cuz he is a ferret after all). joo is just an extended part of misun's soul. the ferret has been known to be a sweet thing to people who are nice to misun, but turn vicious when someone raises a hand towards him. and since he's small, he can hide anywhere. he usually hides under misun's hoodies. joo also seems to be able to feel misun's pain, as shown whenever misun self harms, he squeaks as if in pain.
areum - misun...misun knows she's bad news. he knows, okay. but- but- she convinces hin every time. he can't help it. her lies sound so sweet to him and he falls for it. she has never harmed him physically, but psychologically? most likely. her words twist inside his head, making spiral and he can't help it at all. he wants to stay away from her, but the moment she looks at him and crooks her finger...he's feet are already moving. the group always try to keep him away, even going as far as to pull him back from walking to her. but they can only do so much...

jinwoo - misun doesnt have any bad feelings towards jinwoo and since misun doesnt have much problems with his voice, jinwoo hardly ever calls him out on that end. so their relationship is fairly quiet.
saehwa - misun is scared of saehwa. he hates her teaching methods. misun is always crying during her lessons. he can't help it. her scathing words, her heels hitting his soft flesh and making him bruise easily. he hates it. but he doesnt do anything about it. he just tries harder to perfrct what she wants. it especially hurts his head whenever the points out something wrong when he knows he did something right.
yeonjin - nobody gets that close to yeonjin except for misun. he likes his dancing style and loves his choreos. he's always ready to listen to him, so used to his aunt teach him choreos all the time. misun finds yeonjin nice enough and he hasnt done anything to him to garner any type of fear and such.
yeonghwa - ...
sangho - sangho leaves bruises not just on his skin, but in his mind. well, the bruises definitely hurt...especially since he tends to kick and punch in the places he self harms all the time. words spill from his mouth, harsh insults that go straight to misun's fragile mind and breaks it down every time. misun can't help, but shake like a leaf every time sangho is near? it's become a habit that he cant break and he knows he needs to keep under control before fans really go insane with rumors...before sangho really kicks him in.

haneul & nara - doesnt interact with the scouting twins much, but the group members DEFINITELY make sure they dont ever cross paths with misun. the twins would just break misun down to the point of no return.
