Just A Little Rant For My Frustrations

Lately, I've realised that sometimes the more you wish for things, the harder they are to come true. I don't want to bore people and believe me, this isn't some weird riddle type , but I really wish that some idols would get the screen time they deserve.

I've noticed this with a lot of groups and no matter how many times fans adress this to the company, the idols getting the least recognition never seem to shine. I mean ... I get that there are certain people in the group that are just naturally more popular than others and that's not a bad thing in any way ~ someone in the group is bound to be more liked than another. It's natural for you to favour someone just a tinsiest bit more.

But, the fact that the person doesn't show up once in the whole entire MV; barely any lines? Little to none screen time? I'm kind of disappointed in the company if I'm being honest ~ I really do hate it because they've all worked just as hard to debut in the same group and someone is getting barely any screen time when another is getting half of the MV to themselves?

I know that in other songs, the idol could get more lines and more parts, but it still doesn't make it right.

Of course, when I'm writing this I have a couple of idols in mind and I just feel so upset when I see their teammates having to hype them up so much when they're upset. I hate it when the idol sits there and watches their MV, just waiting for their face to show on the screen, but it never comes. I hate how upset they get.

Especially with Stray Kids ~ who else is a Stay and agrees with what I'm about to say? I mean, I don't mean to be rude and if I do sound rude, I'm so sorry, but the main vocalist left the group ... shouldn't that give other vocalists time to shine too?

Stray Kids new song just came out and as I was watching the MV and the artists reaction to the MV, I couldn't help but notice the fact that Minho looked incredibly sad with the fact that he got no screentime ~ literally none. And his lines where basically none existent. I hated the sad look on his face and honestly, he deserves better in my opinion.

I just feel like he's worked so hard on his singing and in Voices, he did those heavenly ad libs in the back and everyone thought it was Woojin or Seungmin, but it was Minho. I guess, what I'm trying to say, is that he worked so hard with his voice that they could at least include it more in the MV.

Like ... is him being zoomed on in the reaction supposed to make up for his lack of screen time? To me, it looked like he was about to shed some tears ~ hell, it almost made me cry!

And, don't get me started with that Yeosang situation ... he got barely any lines and the lines he did get were inconic, but, still ... it was down putting in my opinon.

Most idols have amazing talents and I just don't get the fact that they have to constantly hide them because the damn agency couldn't give them a single second to shine on stage. It annoys me honestly.

I'm sorry for the rant, but I just had to bent my frustrations some how. Anyways, angels, I hope you all are well and I should be publishing and updating some of my stories soon! <333

Hearing things like this always breaks my heart! It really isn't fair to the singers/artists to treat them this way. All of them are working so hard all the time, and yet some group members barely get lines/screen time...
It would be better if kpop artists weren't so dependent on their companies and the contracts they signed...

the whole industry is just ed. i feel that. companies don’t do anything for their idols. i mean. the sole purpose of these groups is to make money and that’s the only thing they know how to do well. the industry snuffs out individuality and talent.
