TRAINEE BACKGROUND [ ♦ ] Yerin auditioned for many companies with oe being the big one JYP, she auditioned for the company but she never got in so she auditioned for Jellyfish instead, it ws a bit shocking that she got into atelast a company after the other 7 rejected her for her young age at that time. The girl had a lot to work on before making the group' debut as she only had a short amount of training time of 2 years as she only started in 2014 her best skill is mainly rapping as she can rap any song like Jessi or Cheetah her sub skill is dancing, her dance isnt the best of the best but it is great work with good technique. Her worst skill is singing but she'll do better once she has those singing lessons she attends.

// She is super quiet when you first meet her. Yerin likes to make friends but she is scared to talk to people and she gets nervous and quiet. When she is in a full crowd she can get super quiet and people will not even know she is there since she is quiet. When you first meet her, she’s soft-spoken and doesn’t really make much conversation. She won't even make eye-contact and her replies to you may be one-worded, which is why some people find it pretty hard to become friends with her, when in reality you just need to keep talking to her and she’ll open up. Yerin is a very sweet and caring person. She is constantly making sure everyone is in their best health, even if it’s in her own little silent way and she is always there for her members and always giving them good advice. She is super respectful to people, she doesn’t get in their problems and she is always there for them. She respects any type of people except mean people. She thinks they are super mean and doesn’t deserve kindness.

She isn’t that confident in herself , especially her talents. She feels that she would make a mistake and she is too scared to believe in herself. She knows that her members believe and they are confident but she can’t be like them. She feels that this personality weakens her. She is anxious when she hears people talk about her or when she is reading the comments. She gets nervous that she did a mistake and people will not forget her. When she is feeling anxious she will break down and will be hugging herself. She feels so insecure about herself when she watches someone that is more amazing and super talented than her. She feels that she wants to be that person and not the person she is right now. She will feel super weak and she will get quiet letting the voices in her head tell her she isn’t talented.

BACKGROUND [ ♦ ] Her background life is pretty normal. She is the oldest within her siblings, which makes her parents trust her in taking care of her sisters. Her parents arent the most wealthy in the world, sometimes they can't pay her tuition fees since they don't have a really high salary. She really wanted to become an idol, but she's afraid if she can't help her parents. So, she started to do some part time jobs like babysitting or as a tutor. After she reached her 14 year old, she decided to tell her family about her dreams and surprisingly, they supported her really much. Then she started to look for good companies to audition for, for example JYP. When she auditioned for JYP she didn’t get in, causing her to be sad. She auditioned for 6 companies and she never got in, making her go audition to Jellyfish. She was surprised by it but when she became a trainee she started to get scared of the company because she heard rumors about how they never treat their girl trainees good causing her to be traumatized, she heard that gugudan went on hiatus after their 3rd episode album and no one had heard of them since apart from Sally, Sejeong and Mina who are curently doing solo activities.

During the trainee days she would get up early and go to the practice room and start her training with the other trainees, she would be the one who works the hardest and trains the most out of the trainees but Yerin would also help the other trainees to work hard to whether its on something she's good at like dancing and rapping. Yerin's vocals aren't that good but she'll improve on her vocals even though she's not a main or a lead vocal she might of been a sub or just a vocalist in the group when her position is Main Rapper and Lead Dancer. Yerin officially debuted on April 2020.
