Who Reads Blogs? The Infected ARMY Lmao

As a closet fanfic writer, allow me to start off this blurb by providing the succinct and proper disclaimer that I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing, but that's okay. I'm having fun and that matters more.

And now back to our regularly scheduled program about the Actual Point, and the reason why I've summoned you.

I write a lot. No, really.

I write. A lot

Have you ever bought one of those 70 page double spaced notebooks? Nice and neat, available at every generic corner store on the block? Yeah, I filled mine in about 3 months with one scene of just one of the stories I'm neck deep in to - while working 5 days a week and going to college full time mind you, so forgive the 3 months making me seem slow. But that's definitely not the only notebook that story is in and it definitely isn't the only story I'm working on, either.

With that being said -

If I were to transcribe those stories over to internet form, would anyone be interested? See as follows ( + general rule of thumb; all my fics include a litany of characters so only main plot boys are shown below!) :

  • Space!AU Jimin/Jungkook - Jungkook, alias Spark, comes from the antimatter galaxy and works as a mercenary. Jimin is a stolen military experiment with a nice retrieval bounty. Chaos follows.
  • Underworld/Post-Blood Wars!AU Jungkook/Taehyung - Taehyung, General to the Coven during the war between the vampires, the humans and Lycans, finds an unlikely personal opportunity in the form of Jungkook. And it could be great, if only Jungkook wasn't a werewolf on top of the Coven's hit list Taehyung's expected to kill on site. Decisions, decisions.
  • 21st Century!AU - All 7 BTS : Magic? Elves? Faeries? Immortals? Curses? Interdimensional existential danger? Jimin has seen it all. Jimin is tired. And if Yoongi scoffs one more time, someone is committing homicide.

These are a few.

I've finished considerable amounts of content in each of these three, so they're included first in my question as to whether anyone would be interested in trying these out. I'd like to get these beta'ed, but prefer the beta reader to have an apt understanding of grammar and overall storytelling, so if you think that fits you feel free to let me know. If you've read like a thousand books in your lifetime (aka you couldn't count if you tried) I'd say you probably qualify, or at the very least can give good tips on its perception quality.

I've been writing for nearly 9 years now, astonishingly. With the wake of the dreaded virus going around, I think sharing something neat like a story might really help some people who need a relaxing second to not think about the chaos. Maybe it will help someone take their mind off a personal loss of friends or family.

Whatever the case, this is my favorite platform by far. The community here is wonderful and I stay because I cherish that connectivity and ambiance. Whether I get a hundred responses or one doesn't make a difference. If I can help just one person, I've caused the joy I dreamed to, and they and I can scream into the void at each other in solidarity of that fact.

Happy Reading, everyone. Please stay safe. I'll check in soon.

I think if you enjoy writing and want to put them out here you should! It could be fun especially with your heavy imagination.
