unpopular opinions about kpop fanfics - what’s yours?

I randomly thought of this and decided to share it with you guys.

I'm not sure if anyone have said this before nor is this can be considered as an unpopular opinion.

I think, a gang!AU fic is better off without the romance plot.

Some may not agree with this tho. But I've seen quite a lot of gang fics that always has the similar plot, e.g. the OC was kidnapped and then, she was stuck between two different gangs.

Not gonna lie, there are some that are well-written and has a nice plot but sometimes I feel like gang fics are way more interesting if it just focusing on two different clans/gangs with no romance involved.

This is just my opinion tho. You may disagree.

What about you? Do you have any other unpopular opinions?

Fanfics, fics, books, movies, series. All of them are the same to me—theyre all stories. And some of the best movies are mafia/gang movies, which are mainly non-romance. Im guilty that i have read one or two during my younger years about mafia/romance fics, but we gotta move on x)

Unpopular opinion for me is non-romantic stories are much more interesting in general. However, a lot of users here are very fond of romance. So maybe some authors are forced to conform idk

I definitely agree with yours. It would be interesting without the romance. ^^’

I don’t like fics that includes badly researched medicine and there are a ton of them.

I also don’t mind mpreg, I find it a rather interesting concept (and maybe people find this opinion rather unpopular for some reason....)
