jinjin never beat around the bush. she is direct in her approach to problems. if she's upset with someone she is honest with them about what is bothering her. that way, she thinks every problem could be solved quicker rather than bottled up what she thinks and faked her act to someone she's upset with. yong jinjin is also a girl who looks out at the world with big eyes and a strong drive to help. she used to trip over herself wanting to make people happy.

not even her famous reputation as crazy fangirl could deny the positive charm she radiates when people meet her in person. she is not only good with words but her general presence eliminates any tension they have prior to meeting her. she's not known to turn her back on people. she keeps good relations with most students at school except those who she thinks as the 'bad guy' in their first meet. she's known to be there when you most need her and you can trust her to be by your side at all cost. jinjin is generally fun. she's good with people and is a delight to be around.

is a naive with many dreams which mostly seems impossible to achieve. she really thinks she will end up with her mark lee oppa someday and it's caused her to land in the bottom ranks. she's distracted easily by her childish dreams. in class, in the middle of doing homeworks, her daydream sometimes interferes with her productivity and caused her to slow down or even stop completely for a matter of minutes. even though born in a decent family, she often talks in harsh and brusque manner. well, when she's in PMS mode or simply being emotional, you'll hear her cursed a lot. aside of that, she also lack of awareness of other people's feelings. she often cutting off a person when they're speaking just because she's too excited with something. she's yelling at someone whenever she's upset and even ignoring them completely.
jinjin resists all expectations, outer and inner. she does what she want to do in the way and when she wants to do it, acting from a source of freedom, choice, and self-expression. when someone else tries to get jinjin to do something, she resists. jinjin's morality is a funny thing. while she does tend to deem people "good" very quickly upon them being kind to her and continously give them chances as long as they never cross a line, she also is very quick to label people as "bad" based on single action on their first meeting. upon this, jinjin has reasons to trust others as much as there are reasons to be wary of them. for her, if someone has earned her trust, it's difficult to think of them as someone who is distrustful. this puts her in a position where she is biased to people she labeled as "good". the bad effect of this is that "good" people which actually "bad" often took her kindness for granted, used her for their own favor. jinjin herself won't realized she's being used because of the "good" label she put on this person at the first time they meet.

 

life storyyong jinjin is a sole daughter of a retired korean baseball athlete who has his own baseball school now. her mother is an ordinary housewife. being an athlete's daughter, of course her father ever once or twice asked her to learn sport. it doesn't have to be baseball, just any sport will do. too bad, yong jinjin isn't a sport person. lazying on her bed on her point of view is much better rather than makes herself tired on field. she can't even makes herself float. chess? it's too boring~ and even though her parents is rich enough to fulfill her fangirl need, still they often angry at how impusively she spent all her money for NCT.

because she always sleeps early, she has no trouble getting up at crack of dawn. the first thing she does is showers, goes through her morning skin routine as done by most of korean teens, and gets dressed. she leaves her house, driven by her family's driver, with an hour to spare and always arrives early to class. she uses this time to watch whatever video related to NCT and mark lee. during class, even though she always tries to has undivided attention to the teacher, in the end she always distracted by chat from fellow fangirl or anything happened to NCT in social media. she never volunteers to answer a question - in fact, she never knows the answer either.

on her receess time, is usually by herself or hanging out with the friends she constantly surrounds herself with (yes they're all are NCT's fangirl). just geumbaekwon's canteen, empty class, secluded area in a corridor, or the garden are her sanctuaries.

every monday, when the school time is over, she'll go to one of secluded room in geumbaekwon which now used for korean modern culture club. there, jinjin along with other thirty fellow students will spazzing about their oppas for the next three hours. in the day when NCT has their comeback, she'll go right away to place where the group has their schedule. in normal days without club activities nor NCT's schedule, she'll go home right away even though there nothing much she does at home. when she reached her fancy house, usually she'll showers, change her uniform into a comfy pajama, having dinner with her parents, then goes to her room, either spazzing for her oppas again or go to bed.

in weekend, she either use all of her free time to follow her oppas around or stick in her room for whole day. during the baby project, when NCT doesn't have any schedule, then she'll go with the baby and haknyeon to amusement park, beach or any places which they think appeal to the baby.

sookyung is someone jinjin really looks up to. she isn't like the most teachers, the old-traditional korean people who ask you to study, study, and study so that you'll get a good life as an adult. nope. jung sookyung is far from that. she listens to her student and tries to understand them. as a prove, she never demands jinjin to get a great score in her class. but then this behaviour of sookyung makes the stubborn fangirl's melt. she sometimes asks for a help from sookyung as she doesn't want her parents blame sookyung for her bad score like what they did to other teachers. as a result, economics now is the only field where she has acceptable grade compared than others.
when sookyung told about the final assignment, that was the first time jinjin spoke against her beloved teacher. her parents already gave a limited money and time for her fangirl activities due to the csat which is getting closer. they requred her to spend more time for studying. now, she has to take care for a baby too? now she couldn't imagine how she would balance her life.

 

 

the so-called resident rich bad boys. even though jinjin is a dreamer, she never dreams to date eunsong like what happened to geum jandi and goo junpyo. nah, she has her mark oppa already. besides, now she for the first time being in the same class with him, she get what people often say about him. he is simply dark, untouchable, unlike the arrogant yet cute (in her opinion) goo junpyo.

what eunsong did on the first day they became a classmate was still clear on her head. he slept in and talked back when a teacher reprimanded him. a "bad" label soon she placed on the top of his forehead. she avoids to be in a same assignment group with eunsong at all costs. when sookyung announced the baby project, it was the first time jinjin pray, with all her heart, to not be paired with eunsong.

 

 

jinjin knew noryun because they were classmates during their first year. if he wasn't her classmate that time, jinjin wasn't sure she would know that the name hwang noryung exist in the school.

hwang noryun doesn't talk much like yeom eunsong. but he was much better than the latter. at least, he ever help her to do her assignment once. that's when jinjin put a "good" label on him. there are times when jinjin being annoying and tries her best to bait noryun so that he might blabbering about something. she ever tries different topics, but no result until now. he's still in silent mode.

personalityjoo haknyeon is your typical boy-next-door. first in his class and warm towards everyone. he's sensitive for his surrounding. he'd know if there's something wrong about a situation or people's mind in a first glance. he cares a lot for everyone he knows, either it's his close friends or just simply a person he just met. upon this, some people often take his kindness for granted, using it for their own benefit. the fact he is capable of prying himself away from fun things should've done by teens on his age as to not wound his parents if his grades drop is a prove of his maturity. he's so focus on his study and even the reason he joined student body is just for his portofolio. he did all of that so that he would accepted in good univ like what his parents want. behind all the perfection he has, he is the type of people who will do silly things. that’s not to say that he’ll necessarily be the ones making grand gestures to make people laugh. but he is comfortable enough with himself to do things like put a “dork” box on his head and laugh at himself. is he aware of this? the answer is nah. upon this, jinjin often pity him. he made fool himself, laughed by people, without him realizing.

when she found out she was partnered with haknyeon, her mind went blank. well, she never in the same class with him thus she didn't know much about that so-called one of geumbaekwon's golden boy. all she knew was he's clever, diligent, but dork. so... how could a daydreamer like her blended well with the smarty boy? it's possible that he would demand many things from her so that he could get another A in his rapport right? just by imagining that made jinjin's head hurt.
in fact, things didn't go out like she imagined before. as a surprise, haknyeon was very nice. he didn't complain at all when jinjin said she probably couldn't help much when NCT is on their promotion period as she'd be busy following the group around. his answer was simple. he loves babies, that way, he didn't feel burdened at all to take care of the baby.
so... in normal days, they'd take care of the baby together as the two actually likes baby very much. at times when haknyeon was busy with his student council's activities, jinjin would wait for him while playing with the baby. after haknyeon has done, the three of them would go out, eat in nearby cafe or simply play along with the baby in the near park. during exam weeks, haknyeon would help jinjin with her study while the baby sometimes would messing around or causing some 'small scenes' because they hated ignored by their 'parents'. when NCT in their comeback era, haknyeon would be fully responsible for the baby as 'the mom' would be too busy following the so-called love of her life's around. she will attend every recording, every mini fan meeting, and every fansign. sometimes haknyeon would come along and bring the baby, queueing with her and bring some food to her. there are also times when jinjin forced to bring the baby with her to NCT's event because haknyeon was too busy with the student council's thingy.
by the time goes by, later jinjin would develop certain feelings toward haknyeon. it was his kindness and attention who melt her heart. for the first time, jinjin felt something different for a guy who is not mark lee. but she's too shy to admit it. so she tried her best to act like she felt nothing for him.
as for haknyeon, he just came across the girl in geumbaekwon's corridor several times. he had to admit, jinjin is cute. but that's all. nothing special about the girl. when he found out he was assigned with jinjin, he didn't feel disappointed nor happy. but as he spends more time with him, he thought of jinjin as a very cute girl. not only for her appearance, but the way she acts, the way she talks, and the way she laughs, for haknyeon, that's all cute. without realizing, he slowly fell for jinjin's cute charm.

 

plansjinjin isn't a good planner. when she first received the baby, all she thought was just to have fun and get rid of the baby when it's time for NCT's comeback. as the opposite, haknyeon planned everything meticulously. he asked a lot about jinjin's daily schedule and even did a small research about NCT's schedule so he could mapping the baby's time with him and jinjin fairly. he also made a simple budgeting planning for them. jinjin just wanted to make the baby feel happy but haknyeon planned to educate the baby even though they probably couldn't properly understand what he taught yet. jinjin just wants to be a laid-back type of parent. haknyeon wants to be a kind of modern parent who could be friend with their kids, yet educate them to be open-minded and smart person at the same time.
