PERSONALITY:
Hyojin is not quiet at all, at least she is not what she looks like. She is a daredevil, living it up to the fullest and she is down to earth knows when to be mature but she wants to have fun and go crazy. She is a party animal and an art freak. She is a loud person with a unique style. She does not think she is cute but that's what she may act like a boy from time to time but that's what makes her loveable. She is a social butterfly but also is not afraid to be dead true to her words, making her sometimes rude or too straightforward.
BACKGROUND:
It was anything but simple in her family since her parents were forced to get married because of her. Both parents were still attending school but her mother had to drop out to be able to take care of her dughter, she was pretty negletful towards EJ in the hopes that maybe she could get rid of her. Despite both of their promises to their own parents, her father eventually left Korea to luve in Japan. He was around less than her mother was so it took her awhile to realize tht he wasn't going to come back. She learned to do things on her own from a young age, whether is was cooking or getting places like to school or to the store. In order to keep herself alive, she would occasionally steal money from her mother while she was out of the house. Her mother was an aspiring actress, going to auditons all the time and occasionally filming for nre dramas or movies that she's going to be in. She wasn't quite popular as she only really had minor parts or was seen in commercials.
As she grew up, she planned pn ways she could run away from home and live on her own because she knew how to do anything anyway. EJ had a job of sorts and made enough income to have a small place to herself. The only catch was that no one would rent out an apartment to a teenage girl so she waited, when she was sixteen she met a friend at an event she snuck into and they got talking. EJ was hoping they would help her get a place to stay since they were old enough to rent apartments but instead they offered to adopt her. At the age of 17 she was scouted by S.M. Entertainment to join a program show called "SM Rookies" were rookies from both genders train for a couple of years to see if they have what if takes to become an idol or join a debuted group.
TRAINING:
o TRAINEE YEARS :: 6 Years in S.M. Entertainment
o TRAINING :: EJ got scouted by S.M. Entertainment through the streets where she was busking, a staff of S.M. cam up to her and gave her one of those buisness cards with their email on it. EJ decided to audition for the company with two videos of her singing and dancing as she fills out the application neatly and tidy, a few weeks past on and she gets an email saying she will be training with S.M. Entertainment by next week. The training of S.M. was about to start EJ was the only trainee who was on time and was pretty much early later the other trainees came in and looked around at new faces on who they were going to be with for the next couple of weeks. As the weeks went on EJ was calm about her training since she's so confident and active to be training 12 hours a day every week, she does take a 1 hour break so she can re-energise herself again. Becoming a trainee was very easy and that the staff would out her through this programme called "S.M. Rookies" this is were like trainees go on Disney Shows or do some modeling for a magazine they could even do their own songs that can be featured in a drama or a movie. Before making hr debut in XTC, EJ appeared on a few shows on Disney Channel and modeled for Cosmopolitan Korea for the beauty tip section.

Haseul adopted EJ when she needed a place to stay and that these two were like Matilda and Miss Honey together (referring to the film Matilda). EJ told Haseul what she wanted to be when she grows up and EJ wanted to be a singer since Haseul was a former member of the famous girl group 5NGLES Haseul wants EJ to do her best and live that dream that Haseul used to. But now Haseul is an actress acting in many famous dramas.
