Appearance — Bongcha has a relatively small round face and has been said to be similar to a baozi. Her long hair is a couple of inches past her shoulder and she likes to dye it to different colors - rotating in a cycle of orange, red and brown tones.
style — Bongcha's fashion style is usually bright colored pieces, the kind that makes herself pop out from the usual. From yellow, orange to pink, she highly prefers to wear colored pieces. Shorts, jeans, dresses, skirts - she doesn't really mind as long as she's comfortable in them. Call her the stereotypical French friend but she has a thing for berrets as well. Large dangling earrings are also one of her favourite accessories to wear.

personality — Bongcha is a highly energetic girl, maybe it's because of her youth or because of good genes - she's usually seen to be moving about, not ever sitting still. She always manages to find something to do to burn off all the energy she has. Not only that, she's very devoted to things she love, to the goals she has and to the people she admired. For instance, as her dreams for her group is for them to be successful on music shows, she works day and night to make sure she can give it her all. It's not easy for someone to tear her away from something once she sets her mind to it. She's also extremely caring towards those around her - especially her members. Although she's the youngest, she often lends out a helping hand whenever they need one or even an ear to listen. But her caring nature doesn't just stop with her family and members, she's also seen to keep an eye out towards those she just met, staff members and fans alike. Another bit of her is that the girl is running with creative juices seeing how some of her lyrics are used for the group's sidetracks. She loves to write songs and occasionally will ask the other members for their opinions. Sometimes when her flow of ideas just can't seem to stop, she can write up to 5 songs in a single day. Her inspirations come from mundane daily things, books she's read to conversations she's had with others. 

However, like any other human bean, she's not all perfect. One of the most noticeable things about her is that she's forgetful. She has a tendency to forget lyrics and choreographies or messages that need to be relayed. Sometimes, she even forget what she ate a few hours prior. Bongcha blames it on how many ideas run through her mind, causing other things to easily slip from her memory. That being said, she's also quite gullible seeing how she easily trust whatever her members say which turned her into one of the perfect targets for pranks. It's one of the reasons why her members pay close attention to her, joking that she could get into a car with a stranger by how gullible she was. Other than that, Bongcha doesn't realise that she comes off as rather blunt with her words. It just slips out from and it has caused her some disagreements with others. It's something she's working on, to be more careful with her words. Despite that, Bongcha doesn't take criticism all that well - oversensitive, as they would say. She takes those words to heart and it would take her a while before she goes back to her regular nature. She hates fights the most, especially those that have yelling and screaming and she's usually the first one to cry. She tends to stay out of arguments or anything that could lead to fights.

background — Born in Daejeon, Bongcha was the youngest daughter in the Min family. She lived in Daejeon until the age of 6 before moving to Canada with her family. It was in Canada did Bongcha found her love for singing and was highly inspired by singers like Celine Dion. The dream of wanting to become a singer started there. She joined her school's choir clubs and attended musical instrument lessons, all of her efforts were supported by her family who at first thought it was a nice goal to have - seeing how passionate she was.

At the age of 12, Bongcha moved back to South Korea, residing in Seoul this time after her father was transferred yet again. It was tough for her to blend back in to her Korean roots, seeing how much time she had spent overseas. However, music was there to help her. After joining the music club, Bongcha gained many new friends and a new talent - she was found to be much more skilled in rapping than singing. A silly dare made by her friends during their usual karaoke hangouts brought out the talent she never knew she had and a newfound passion. She was still young but she knew this was what she was meant to do - she was meant to be an rapper. Unfortunately, her parents weren't the most supportive people once they knew how serious she was - a singer? That would be fine but having their little girl become a rapper? They couldn't accept it, not fully. Still, Bongcha was determined to show her parents that she could rise above their expectations. She would succeed as a rapper. At the age of 14, Bongcha started to go to different entertainment company auditions - the first step into making her dream to become an idol rapper come true.

trainee background — TS Entertainment was the first company to accept Bongcha and she was very much eager about it, thinking of all the opportunities she would get. Unfortunately, TS Entertainment wasn't the best place to start out for her. The company was harsh with its trainees and the time she spent at TS nearly made her give up on being an idol, seeing how unfair the company was to its staffs and idols. She left the company after 2 years and took a few months for her to go back to auditioning for other companies. Thankfully, she managed to gain another chance as Starship Entertainment accepted her as a trainee. Training was, of course, not all petal and rainbows - there were times she cried and was heavily frustrated with herself but she preserved and gained a lot from her years as a trainee. All those late night practice sessions are bound to show good results.

relationship background  — The two of them met while Bongcha was still a trainee under TS Entertainment. Their first encounter was when Youngjae introduced her to the group and bragged that Bongcha was a better rapper than Yongguk. They bonded over their interest for rapping and eventually became close friends. It was because of Yongguk's persistence did Bongcha decide to leave TS Entertainment, stating that it would be the best for her current situation. Even after changing companies, Bongcha and Yongguk were still able to keep in contact with each other. 

relationship  —  As of now, both of them are each other's strength pillars. As Yongguk deals with his mental health, Bongcha was there every step of the way as his support. She would drop by his company early in the morning and late at night just to talk to him, knowing how TS dealt with their artists. There were nights where the two of them would walk around, talking about the things that they kept hidden from others. Yongguk helped Bongcha to deal with her constant battle of picking at her self confidence, being there to talk her out before she went in too deep. Bongcha's favourite times are when the two of them are in Yongguk's studio, discussing about their mundane days as they make music together. They prefer to keep their relationship on the down low, wanting nothing else than to be together in silence.
