Shower Thoughts #1

Hello!

So from now on ( let me rephrase that, I will try my best) I will be making these blog posts of thoughts that I had in the shower (or not, I just like the title, thats all), wether thoose will be funny, stupid af, deep or insparational. 

So todays thought in the shower was, or actually a question; How to not be stressed?/ How to E-L-I-M-I-N-A-T-E the tard called STRESS? (Yes I actually questioned myself on this, this is how you see that I am not exactly mentally stable nor do I do anything in my day to day life (woot)) 

And as I thought, I realised the answer is simple (to say it is, but to execute it, isn't). My answer to that is to get rid of it, destroy it, murder it. Now if the stress you're getting is because of a person, I do not condone murder. If you're going to kill someone, please kill a e or that kind of a criminal, do not kill somewhat innocent people, kay? kay, great! 

But now you may be asking; how do I get rid of it, its easier said than done. True, I agree, but heres the thing. Stress is made from your brain, and it affects you everyday, because you're only thinking about how ing stressed you are. 

Now to explain myself better, I will give you an example. 

Let's say you have an exam in two weeks time, and that exam on its own, is already stressing you the out. Now how to get rid of it? The answer lies in your thoughts. Usually when you're stressed because of an exam, you think; oh , how am i going to pass this?/ Im never going to pass this ect. 
Do you see the problem? The problem is in your thinking, hence why you don't study, because these thoughts are overbearing at times and you can't find the motivation and strenght to study. 

So how do you solve this problem, simple, think about what motivates you... actually empowers you, what gives you power? For me its usually proving people wrong, because otherwise my inflating ego, falls to the ground and nobody likes that. Now that I think about it, I might just be spiteful at times, angry and full of hate. For certain people (THE PEOPLE THAT FAILED ME ON MY DRIVING LICENSE, ing .-.). See my problem? I should probably consider going to anger managment. 

Now that presumably you know what powers you, think like this; I AM GOING TO ING PASS THIS TEST AND RUB IT IN EVERYONES FACE (That is what I would do, but please do not, I repeat do not be like me), I WILL STUDY AND I WILL PASS NO MATTER WHAT! 

Okay let's say you now have thoose thoughts, now what? Take that mothering book or notebook or whatever, and study, little by little everyday. But also do not forget to reward yourself, for example; okay after I finish studying, I'll have the time to maybe watch a movie, k-drama or whatever that brings you joy. 

And do not forget to have thoose thoughts meanwhile you are taking the test, but also think about the questions yeah? and it's answer. 

Anyway this is the end of shower thoughts #1, hope it made sense, casue in my head it made a lot of sense, but I am also just mentally exhausted from stress and anxiety mixed together (gotta say its a great combination (SARCASM, END MY MISERY)).
