semi-fluent, her mother's native tongue. her mother wanted her children to learn her native tongue and taught them at a young age. she would often quiz them by switching to korean in mid-speak to make sure they were studying. isabella was the one who got the hang of korean more than her brother.

conversational, her father's native tongue. her father didn't want  to force his children to learn italian, but was really happy when isabella asked him to help teach her italian. she began learning around age ten, but she was also learning korean at the time so she was slow learning italian as she focused more on korean. she can hold small conversations with her father in the language, but that's about it.

isabella considers herself perfection. despite not meeting the usual kpop beauty standards, she is confident in herself and body. her body is more plump than other korean girls, but she isn't overweight. she is a healthy weight (anybody who tries to say otherwise will be hit). she does not have a thigh gap, but thigh gaps are overrated. thick thighs are better. both of her ears are pierced and she has no tattoos, but plans to get one on her eighteenth birthday. she does have a birthmark in the shape of a heart on her right hip that she's actually quite fond of for some reason.

bella's style is comfortable and tomboyish. she doesn't care that some of her clothes show off her curves. she likes to flaunt her 'perfection' and it's not like she's ugly, right?

isabella is extremely independent, she will not let anybody pin her down or any rules; she wants to experience the world on her own. isabella never lets anybody dictate her, as freedom is very essential to her overall well being. she likes to leave her mark on everyone she meets, usually putting on a rude or sarcastic disposition. even though isabella is a bit blunt and crude, she is the one to go to for any advice. she can help you get what you need by helping you with persuasion and enthusiasm, and she gives out good advice too. she can persuade and manipulate very well.

isabella very well judges a person by the way they treat her. this usually leads her to have wrong impressions of people and can cause problems in relationships. because of her judging ways, many people are quick to judge her too and they very much gets under isabella's skin. she puts up her sarcastic mask because of how she was raised, with two parents with really different personalities got to her in a way. from going back and forth with the different attitudes, she sort of grew two personalities in one. underneath that cold exterior she hides behind, she actually what you would call a rather fragile girl.

she can be shy and scared, but she keeps up that facade just so others won't know how weak she really is. she wants to come off as this strong, y person so no one would have to see the real weak her. only those of which she's extremely close to or fond of know of her real self. she will slowly accept that those close to her will never truly hurt her and so she feels like she can actually be herself around them, her actual girly, hyper self. adding more to her outer shell, isabella is, what you could call, a female version of super junior's kyuhyun. she can be very snarky and snippy most of the time, especially when she's not in a good mood. her emotions tend to go from happy to sad to angry all in the matter of seconds. get her started on intelligence and she'll sprout a new language called sarcasm and nerd. she can be stubborn, especially when it comes to things she really wants. nothing will bring her down. when bored or just in a random mood, she can be quite the ert. she sometimes gets touchy feely with the other members, but nothing too far that'll ruin any type of friendship together.

BACKGROUND:

isabella danté was born on one windy day in november. she was considered a miracle as she was born three month early, but she was otherwise a very healthy baby despite being born premature. her brother swore to be the bestest big brother for her, to be there to protect her from the harsh world.

she lived a normal childhood. she was chubby as child, something she never truly grew out of and it became the center of the bullies at school. but with her brother always telling her that she was beautiful no matter what, she truly believed she was. she hardly even let the bullies get to her, even fighting back against them on multiple occasions.

her family was a mixture of cultures so she grew up learning a lot from her parents, including the music they grew up with. she got interested in her mother's music, falling in love with kpop at first sight. at a young age, she was always interested in dancing, showing a natural talent in it. her parents were happy to let their daughter participate in dancing lessons, honing her skills to a point where she knew exactly what she wanted to do in life. she wanted to be a kpop idol.

so what did she do? honed her skills in dancing and entered the international auditions that jyp was holding. she nailed a spot in the company and soon enough, she found herself smack dab in the middle of korea (thanking her mother for teaching korean so she wasn't totally lost).

nicolas is everything someone would want in a big brother and then some. he's obviously a jock, but with a kind heart. his baby sister is everything! he's even broken up with girls in the past because they didn't like her. many would say he has a complex, but he just loves his sister and wants to protect her from the harsh world. is that too much to ask? he's popular on twitter for posting jock related funny things and his hilarious commentaries on football games.

during her stay in jyp, isabella was close to somi and jimin. for jimin, it was because of their similar facial features and body type (their humor was quite the same as well). for somi, it was an instant connection. they trained together, would hang out constantly. they even had inside jokes with each other! even when somi won produce 101, she still had piece of her always thinking about isabella.

what can isabella say about this trio? that they are a bunch of adorable dorks that seem to always annoy her? mark is the least annoying out of the three, usually being by her side and cheering her on, giving her more of a father like feel from him. jackson is like a carbon copy of her brother. she felt like she was at home whenever she was near jackson. bambam on the other hand, is like a kid brother who wants attention (despite isabella being younger than him). the three never stop when it comes to texting her that they are proud of her like they are proud dads or something.

TRAINING:

training with jyp was amazing. with their amazing roster of foreigners, isabella didn't feel left or singled out. she even improved her skills, learning more of singing and rapping. she trained with the members of twice a little, but she made a real connection with somi. they were like two peas in a pod.

when the both of them were eliminated for the chance to debut with twice, they were sad, but they didn't let that stop them! years passed before produce 101 came about. jyp let them audition and while somi made it through the initial auditions, bella wasn't.

after being rejected by produce 101, isabella really didn't know what else to do. it wasn't looking like jyp was going to debut a girl group any time soon since twice was doing so well and he was gearing up for stray kids. so she made the biggest decision in her life other than deciding to be an idol. she left jyp entertainment with a clearer mind to start all over.

her dreams were started to wilt after leaving jyp. after almost a year passed since she left, nothing was looking up to her. no one was holding auditions or she wasn't what they were looking for. since she was young, there wasn't much she could do in the meantime. she met up with some friends she made in korea and they held a flash mob.

at the end of the flash mob, isabella was approached by a scouter from whtlght. he seemed to have remembered her from sixteen and liked her individuality in her dancing from the short amount of time she was on it. so he gave her a card and told her to call if she was looking for a new start. in the following week, she took the chance and had a private audition in which she gave her all in. the same scouter was there for her audition and was blown by her skills as was the judges. she was quickly accepted into the roster of whtlght trainees where she trained as much as she could to land a chance to finally debut. she honestly was a bit scared (like who isn't and she could be scared too!), but she was surprised when white light began preparations for debuting a new girl group.

they met in the halls of jyp, somi walking in on isabella dancing alone in a practice room. somi ended up joining the girl and they immediately connected in a way no one else has for isabella. you could say, isabella immediately fell for somi right then and there.

as they trained with twice and after produce 101, their friendship remained strong. despite them being on opposite sides of idol world, they were inseparable.

growing older, isabella's feelings remained the same for her best friend. whether somi returns the feelings, isabella does not know and doesn't want to ruin their friendship by asking.
