Chanyeol is a handsome looking man. In fact, he's really really good-looking and the right angles in the right setting makes him absolutely breath-taking. 

This one damn teaser photo, however. No. It's just a huge N O. 

So now I present to you; the worst teaser-photo of Chanyeol (ever? idk, in this comeback it most certainly is). 

This photo is literally so unflattering it's incredible it went through the screening process and became a teaser photo. He looks like a drug addict and I stand by that, I really do.

1. His contact lenses are awful. Look, I don't care for the ~~~exotic~~~ blue eyes but this is an awful shade. The icy cold looks unnatural on him and it frankly doesn't do anything good for his eye shape in my opinion. Blue eyes are not this cold in real life, really. Besides, Chanyeol's dark eye color is gorgeous. 
2. The make-up. Who the decided to put red make-up on Chanyeol when he's 1) wearing horrible blue contact lenses and 2) going for a "deer-in-the-headlights" kind of shoot? Who directed this photography into this because - no. The red make-up makes his eyes look puffy and because of the cold blue lenses it just make them seem ... almost dead? Like you're staring at a newly deceased corpse or something. They've done amazing red make-up on the EXO members in the past but for this shoot - no. 
3. The lights in this photo doesn't compliment Chanyeol at all. His skin color (in combination with the red make-up and blue contact lenses) looks so pale and it's not pretty. I don't know if it's editing or lighting or both but it doesn't work. I really don't think it's flattering at all. The combination of the three - no go.
4. The play with shadows (or not) is awful because it makes his nose look much bigger than it is. Chanyeol doesn't have a big nose in particular but this photo that doesn't shade any part of it makes it seem ridiculously big. Why, really? Why did anyone think this was a good idea?
5. The "deer-caught-in-headlights" isn't a good look on Chanyeol. He looks so tired and it's probably a combination of poor styling and the wrong angle but it just ... doesn't work in this photograph at all. 
6. Also, the chapped lips (or the illusion of chapped lips) does not do anything to alleviate the "drug-addict-on-a-high" look in my opinion.

This is awful and I'm sad they made this a teaser photo when it should've been tossed in the trash the second they saw it. Chanyeol is handsome - he doesn't deserve this. TT
