Kera knew. She always knew that her father killed her mother. It was one of her first memories. Her mother was in front of her then suddenly blood was everywhere, her mtoher was on the ground and her father was holding her. It wasnt until years later that she asked her father and he casually confirmed it.
Kera had a normal childhood as a young princess. Kneedle point, drawing, history bla bla bla. It was horrendously borring. She wanted more, action, adventure. She started pestering her father and he let her sit in on meetings, hoping the would quench her dreams. It didnt.
As her father went out to concquer more and more lands there was a lot of blood and gore. He knew it would be drastic but f he showed Kera that she would back down. Or not. Once she got a taste she wasnt going to give it up. She was at her fathers side constantly, learning from him and giving advice on matters.
When she was older, Kera asked if she would get the crown over Kal but her father laughed at her. 'you? no, only a man can get the crown in hanjal. were not like the blues' Kera was enraged. She spent all her time learning from her father and Kal spent his time at home, reading. It was then that she decided she was going to kill him and take the throne herself.
When Kal would actually come along to a battle Kera thought about killing him. A stray arrow or a swift slice of her sword would do it, but he never got into the battle enough for it to look real. Still, she bided her time,
Days befor ehis corination Kera had planned to kill Kal. She wanted to do it herself to witness it all, but things did not go to plan. Her father was there and out of the blue Kal stabbed him with his sword. He fell and Kal became king. That made things a bit more challenging.
Kera started gathering people who were loyal to her and would fight for her. She was planning a coup and an assasination. She was going to get that crown, no matter waht it cost.

Kera wakes when her dog Phin is let back in her room. She wants to snnuggle back under the blankents but her hand maden will announce 'the day has started and will not wait for anyone, princess or not'. If Kera doesnt want tog et up she will shoot flames at her to get her to quiet down, but she usually just gets up.
Once she is up and dressed Kera will walk the grounds...the traiing grounds. She wants to watch the guards practice and have them watch her.
