U.Jin has one of our favorite personalities in Valkyrie. She is just so interesting. Sometimes described as Gem Girl's most embarrassing member, we’d be surprised if U.Jin had any shame left in her. From joining a watermelon eating contest, falling asleep whilst making kimchi, rapping to Big Bang, showing off her body hair to the world, participating in an ugly contest, auditioning to Big Hit Entertainment not singing or dancing but rather with her dinosaur impersonation, U.Jin is full of wonder and happiness. Her fans love her outgoing, weird, kkab personality and the rest of Gem Girls seem to really enjoy laughing at U.Jin. Her clinginess to the girls and prankster self remind us how childish she is also, and her obnoxious laughter makes hours go by.

BACKGROUND ☆ 

Park Yoo-jin (Hangul: 박유진) also knwon as U.Jin is a South Korean singer under Big Hit Entertainment who is a member of the South Korean girl group Gem Girls who are about to make their debut soon and are a 8 member girl group. U.Jin' family consists of her two older brothers Park Yuhwan and Yoochun of JYJ. In 2016 she attended Pusan National University with ZE:A ' Im Si-wan during her University days U.Jin auditioned for Dream Tea entertainment and got through the first and second round, she officialy became a trainee and the CEO asked her if she wants to be on a survival show called 'Produce101' with other Dream Tea' trainees she accepted to go on the show so that she can get to the top 11 of Mnet' newest girl group. During the show of Produce101 U.Jin sang Girls' Generastion "Into the New World" half of the trainees in Dream Tea only got to Rank A and B in a few episodes but in the last episode U.Jin didn't make it to the final 11 and was placed 15th out of all 101 trainees.

After her appearance on Produce101 she left Dream Tea because of her overractive thryoid and health issues that were going on. In 2017 U.Jin got a call from Big Hit to become part of the company as a trainee and it was also reported that U.Jin might be a member of Gem Girls but it has not been official by the CEO of Big Hit Entertainment Bang Sihyuk. U.Jin also has a underactive thyroid which means she might get ill and have it taken out but she dosen't know when it will be taken out and it may disappear when she is taken off her tablets. Also she wanted to become an solo artist one day just like her role mode BoA who has mandy music videos in the past and is also a really good daner and vocalist.

PERSONALITY ☆  This kid is an enigma, and it took me a while to figure out what I felt about him. From first impressions, he came across as very sure about his own beauty, aloof, kind of moody and very hard to impress. I still feel the same way about him, but seeing his personality come out through interviews and recently, Showtime, I have completely fallen for him. He’s really not as cold as people assume he is at first glance. I really do think it’s because he’s shy and doesn’t have the best people skills, so it can come across the wrong way when he’s not super bubbly during interviews or doesn’t always beam at the fans. He’s still a teenager after all, so you have the right to be moody sometimes! And the truth of the matter is, he isn’t even as grumpy as people like to claim he is. He’s one of the biggest derps in the group, and his laugh and other noises are so lovably dorky thing I’ve ever heard.

HISTORY ☆  During her trainee days at Big Hit Entertainment, U.Jin first met Kang Daniel when she was on her break Kang Daniel  kept looking at U.Jin and smiled at her whilst she smiled and bowed at the same time. Kang Daniel knew that U-Jin liked him so Kang Daniel asked U.Jin if she would like to be friends with him and so she accepted the friendship offer but they only hang out when Wanna One aren't busy neither is U.Jin they would go to the park of Starbuck' as they would get their favourite drinks at Starbuck' because it's their favourite place to visit. U.Jin really likes Kang Daniel but she dosen't want to tell him that she loves him as she is too nervous to say it infront of his face like who wants to date Kang Daniel because U.Jin does. They starting dating after Gem Girls' big debut and Wanna One' comeback.

OTHER ☆  We shall start fo will Kang Daniel always messing about with U.Jin when it comes to the end of music shows or on the ISAC (Idol Star Athletics Championship). Kang Daniel has always been staring at U.Jin because of her beauty of course but not just that it's just her singing, dancing and rapping aswell.
