— Rohyuk has quite a strong face shape compared to a softer shape. Foxy eyes matched with thin heart-shaped lips, while his jaw could cut glass. 

His hair has never been bleached, not once, surprising I know. At the current moment Rohyuk's hair is crimped and muddy brown.

His body shape is rather muscly, especially for someone his height (184cm). He has large arms to easily wrap around any heart-sworn fan to him. However, he has rather thin legs, his body shape is almost like an upside down triangle.

Style.

— If there was one word to describe Rohyuk, it's preppy, Rohyuk could always dress to the occasion. He likes to wear long trench coats or a simple jacket, a white sweater acting as an undershirt, and a pair of jeans. When practising he dances in a classic grey hoodie with black yoga pants and sneakers, not necessarily branded.

Rohyuk is the very definition of a punching bag; time and time again Rohyuk can get beaten down, to even the people who finds close, and yet he'll stand back up and take another hit. But where he falters in self-love, he pushes into others, because he'll protect you, no matter how hard the bullet.

Rohyuk has always been the back bone of friendships. He knows when he has to be there for someone and always ready to open up and give support to any who need it. Despite having a main role, he is always ready to help give up the spotlight for someone else and push them forward from the back. Unlike his fellow group members, Rohyuk has always been the most reliable. Labelled as the 'Dad-Mom' of the group, the company has placed burdens of Rohyuk to take care of s. He is always on task and gets things done when they need to be done, even if was he was not required to do it. Rohyuk has always been calm through the waits, he has become very patient over his years. Considering how he has always been able to handle disrespect and disregardation for most of his career, it is quite remarkable on how Rohyuk just shoves it aside and keeps moving. Sometimes many people would find Rohyuk peculiar, but that has always been his charm. Rohyuk can think outside of the box, whether it be for solving mindless problems or creating new songs, that is why the company choose him to be the composer obviously. While his display of his imagination is him casually dazing off from time to time his imagination is more surreal and very much so relates with the people who knows in real life. The one aspect about Rohyuk you need to know is when he is on your side, he will never leave it. Loyalty is the life blood that runs through Rohyuk's veins, even as an idol in an industry where loyalty runs dry. Rohyuk will always be loyal to his friends, families, authorities, even if they do beat him down.

Rohyuk is defiantly a shy person. While many would say that no idol can be shy, well meet R. He doesn't like to initiate conversations nor is he really good at keeping them going. If he does know you as more than an acquaintance then he won't be necessarily shy around you, but still someone who prefers to keep to themselves.Many would ask, how does someone be lazy in the idol industry? Rohyuk is not lazy in the sense of he his shmuck, but more of he can't let things change. He can't take the initiative to stop a problem or even approach it, causing him to completely ignore and avoid all conflict, even if her is the centre of it. He just wants everyone to be happy and healthy. Rohyuk's loyalty can sometimes be unintentionally as possessiveness, but that isn't a lie. When Rohyuk is possessive, he is possessive. Never leaving anyone he is truly fond of's side and will keep all of them close. It's not objects he is possessive of, it's people. And some people, just find it creepy. For someone like Rohyuk, it's quite unexpected on how sensitive he is to many different things. Criticism he is okay with, but if he receives he just cries, why? He doesn't know. Whether it be happiness or sadness, Rohyuk can feel sometimes the most extreme ends of these emotions, and its then that he becomes the most possessive. Rohyuk is someone you could describe as an emotional rationalist and that is no lie. Growing up in a frugal household does have it's charms, hye prefers the simple or smaller things, why is that negative? Because that means Rohyuk can always act on his frugalness especially when it comes to chores, or housework or even cash. Once he stopped everyone in the dorm from spending any money, although that didn't last long.

On camera, Rohyuk doesn't really change? Although the company asks him to be roudy like the rest, he just can't keep up, even with his image as a rapper. So he just stays quiet in interviews, perhaps a little to real to life?

Background. Rohyuk would say his life has been pretty, normal. Overall his family life was okay, his mother would work at the convince store just 2 blocks from his home, while his father would take the subway and teach maths at a private high school. His older brothers would always be away from either with their father or at music practice. Which left baby Rohyuk alone with his mother mostly. However, when his mother's work became full time someone had to take care of Rohyuk during the school holidays. Luckily for him, his brothers were open to take him alone, especially Rowoon. 

Rowoon played as the drummer of a band, called Route Theta, with many of his highschool friends. Rohyuk would always sit by and listen to the band perform covers. Sometimes, Rohyuk even helped them film the actual covers and post them on youtube. Rohyuk very much so enjoyed that part of his life, and it lastest awhile, even after he could manage himself. Even Rowoon's friends enjoyed his company. Sometimes, if Rohyuk was lucky, they'd ask him to jam with them, but since he didn't know any instruments, he just sung. And that's the start. Rohyuk eventually fell in love with singing. He never got formal lessons, more so pointers from the Lead singer of Route Theta, a woman named Do Mina. 

Fast foreward a bit, and someone new is introduced to Route Theta. Someone who was the same age as Rohyuk himself. His name was Kwangjoon. Kwangjoon was just like Rohyuk, in to singing, but extreme. Kwangjoon was a star, a flmaboyant man with a different aim in life, he wanted fame, no lie, Kwangjoon was good. Kwangjoon eventually grew close to the shy Rohyuk and the two got along quite well, even though it was almost like Kwangjoon was talking to himself, shame that kwangjoon doesn't talk to him anymore.

As time passed the two grew close. So close that Kwangjoon had asked Rohyuk to train with him. While sure the thought of being an idol has passed him, but now is the time that he gets the opportunity to act on it. Of course, loyal to his friend, Rohyuk said yes. That was when a full 180 happened on Rohyuk.

• He was offered to join JYP but he rejected the offer.

Although Minjoon is not really a new addition, but he was a nice change of pace. When Minjoon instantly saw that Rohyuk was getting bullied, not playing, he immediately froze, he couldn't help it. But then he'd approach Rohyuk and assure him everything was okay. Rohyuk, he admires this kid, so much. When times are rough and Rohyuk's emotions get the best of him, Minjoon was there, even though he couldn't stand up to him. They are very close and Rohyuk has always been possessive of the younger.

— Groupmate : Kwak Siwoon (fc Youngbin SF9) / Lead Vocalist (A.Cian Hyukjin) / Assertive, Cold, Playful / 8/10 (3/10)

Siwoon is the newest addition to the line-up. Of course with someone new, Minjoon would hope that Siwoon wouldn't bully Rohyuk, especially considering they are the same age, but that wasn't the case. Falling head over heels with the flamboyant meanie Ryeoseok, it was hopeless. The thing was, Siwoon was always ready to insult Rohyuk, because he simply had no love for him, but Rohyuk loved him back. All he wanted was for Siwoon to respect him.

When Ryeoseok become apart of the group, all hell was ready to lose for Rohyuk. Even after Chanseong left, Ryeoseok continued it all, all the name calling and harrassment, everything. Of course, sometimes Rohyuk would approach Ryeoseok, and he'd just walk away smuggingly, All he wants is Ryeoseok to respect him

Chanseong, the man who started it all. When Rohyuk had proven himself to be vulnurable, Chanseong striked and started treating him like garbage. He harrassed him verbally, and then played it all off as a joke. Chanseong hated Rohyuk, why? Because Rohyuk was able to get what he wanted in the company, Chanseong couldn't. All he ever wanted was for Chanseong to respect him.

Hwanhee was the original youngest of the original group. Hwanhee was the poodle of Chanseong, whatever Chanseong did, he did. Some of the cruelist things came out of the 'first' maknae's mouth. All he wanted was for Hwanhee to respect him.

Orion has a total of 7 former members. But Rohyuk chooses to forget them, it's healthier,a dn they don't cause resonating bad vibe for Rohyuk unlike Hwanhee, Chanseong, Ryeowook and Siwoon, who all know each other. The rest have just abandoned ship and left the gorup all together. Most of them participated in the bullying, while others just stood and watched.

Rohyuk is the baby of his family. He was significantly younger than his elder brothers. Most of the time he was a mamas boy, Soohyun would head out with his father to hang out at the highschool he worked at and Rowoon would always run off with his friends to do music. Although Rohyuk was 18 since he joined the Idol Industry, he has rarely had contact with his family since, mainly because he is busy trying to keep the sinking ship that is Orion from sinking.

What made you want to be an idol?

— Well, I guess the joy of performing was what lead me down towards the path, but I would say it was my friend who pulled me in to the path. However he left early. I stayed because I found reward in the trainee experience

What do you consider to be your best skill?

— I want to say rap, I feel like being a vocalist is something I don't do anymore

What concepts are you best at?

— I'd say somewhat like boyfriend?? hehe... I mean recently my group's concept went light and cute so i'd say cute.

— I am a current huge fan of Red Velvet, there music is so catchy and addicting!

Training and Idol life. 

— The summer of 2010 was when Rohyuk had started his new life as an idol. The company was small, there was only around 7 trainees, including Kwangjoon and himself. While Kwangjoon became friends with almost everyones friend, Rohyuk stood to the side, overlooking quietly on the chaos that is 7 men unfolded in practice rooms and late nights.

Of course Kwangjoon, despite being a sociable butterfly was the closest with Rohyuk. Being so close with someone so sociable it gave Rohyuk many different oppurtunitys. For example, the company gave him modelling expereience and even a back-up dancer for hit new debutee Infinite. And Kwangjoon would always join on in too, leaving the other 5 in the 'dungeon.'

However, it was only 1 year later, a year fiilled with oppurtunities that trainees would kill for, they were all taken away. Rohyuk doesn't really know what happened but all of a sudden Kwangjoon was just gone. He didn't show up some days leaving Rohyuk alone with the 5 who missed out. He asked around, especially his band members, but they didn't know anything either.

When Kwangjoon left the company, the ever so envious main dancer Chanseong let out his rage against eldest member, Harrassing the older member, calling him names, embarrassing him in front of managers, such events included tripping him during dance practices or belittling him in front of others. Chanseong disrespected Rohyuk and eventually his puppy Hwanhee followed.

One time just before debut, they both poured ice all over Rohyuk and took photos of him. 

Yet, Rohyuk still stayed in the same house as them. He was too loyal, he admired them as younger brothers to much, that this was just playful fun. It's just tough love, with copious amounts of tears?

What wornsed the wound was debut, they didn't chart. They were aimlessly practicing and living in a sh*thole of a dorm. While still 'playing on in the joke' that Hwanhee and Chanseong were playing.

Eventually the company decided for their next comeback to include more members in the line-up. Introducing the dorky flameboyant Ryeoseok and the youngest Minjoon.  Minjoon and Rohyuk instantly got along, unlike Ryoseok who decided to join in on the harassment of their eldest member , Minjoon saw his torment and decided to comfort him. Rohyuk found so much so in the younger and eventually chose to become possessive of him. One time Chanseong attempted to drag Minjoon to the convenience store and Rohyuk basically held onto him until he didn't go.

With the failling ship that is Orion, many of the members left, including some who joined the group but then left shortly after.  In the list of those who left were Chanseong and Hwanhee, but that wasn't it. Ryeowook and newst member Siwoon still continue to belittle the eldest member, so much so that Ryeowook actually revoked the leader title of him.

With Media Play, he considers it a break from home life. Hopefully he can earn the respect of all of the younger members who played 'jokes' all that time ago, and prove himself. All he wants is through this was for Orion to rise and be redempted.
