— Hwajin has a particualalry young looking face, but that is plastic surgery's magic. She circular eyes, a round-ish nose, but isn't that large and thin heart-shaped lips. She is framed with a diamond shaped face, her ears are pierced.

Her hair currently is straight that reaches to her , and is a chocolate brown with some ginger highlights in it. Her fringe is also straigh and shows no forehead.

Her body shape is a non-defnied hourglass. She has also rather muscular thighs and toned legs. She stands at 169cm and weighs 48kg.

Style.

— Hwajin loves brightly coloured clothing. She likes to pair light coloured tops, crop obviously, with either jeans, pants or just shorts depening on the weather. She is a huge fan of denim. Her shoes are always sneakers or pretty ballet flats.

Hwajin is firece and she knows it. She knows her strengths and knows her weaknesses, and she'll make sure you know about her strenghths in silent way. Her hypnotic way of words and humour make her seem like a charming 'nice' girl. But inside lies a woman with a clockwork heart.

Hwajin will never pass up an oppurtunity to learn, especially abstract concepts. She loves the day to day grind of just picking up an understanding of the concept, why she became an idol really. Hwajin funds comfort in learning new things and toying with new types of people or information, even blackmail because espoinage is her thing. Hwajin knows how to react to every situation. She is able to pull ideas out of a hat like a magic and be able to re-program herself to adapt to her new surroundings. With her quick-thinking, she is able to basically become a whole new person in seconds in front of the other person in the room. Hwajin doesn't like Korean tradition, so she'd rather make her own traditions, her own rules. She is able to take unwritten laws and make them fit her will, in an artistic fashion. She doesn't believe in base options and thinks outside of the box, geerally taking action on her creative thinking too. Hwajin is hypnotic. Her way of words and wit make people fall for her easily. A golden tongue with golden aspirations. She is clear and converse when displaying her opinions about what she believes in. Her voice itself is like melting chocolate in your mouth, sweet and desirable. Hwajin never starts the day without a psoitive and bubbly nature, morning people am I right? Her houmourous and playful side make up the nicer side of Hwajin, always being able to show some variety talent. Her energy to learn or do anything can't be beat. She will never run out of it trust me.

The one thing Hwajin secretly enjoys, is the mental strain of debating or arguing. If she thinks you are wrong in anyway don't think that she won't jump straight on to it and argue her heart out. With a dew of energy supporting her she won't lose this fight. She isn't afraid to get her hands dirty, so if you want to have clash with Hwajin, come prepared because she can go off in any second. Despite her tongue of gold, she has no heart of gold. In fact, she is very cold.  Rather than trying to sugarcoat the salt, she remains insensitive you your emotions. She can easily misjudge and push you over because of that misjudging, she also considers the 'pity' arguement to always be invalid. She will call you out no matter what with the harshest words she can find, she doesn't care, you need to fix yourself. Hwajin's intolrence is different. She will tolerate to a certain degree this is more of, unless you are here to fight, leave.  She won't give any soft-spoken person a chance of day, or anyone who gets flustered easily. Only those who understand Hwajin can be with Hwajin, most people just side with her out of fear. Hwajin has the capability to do so many things, but yet she just can't be bothered.  That doesn't mean she'll not try, it just means that she won't put any extra effort into what she believe doesn't matter. She doesn't do much in a song? She won't really focus on it. Song that she doesn't have a lot of parts in? She won't focus on it that greatly. While if it's something major she is a part of, she'll focus on it.

On camera Hwajin is what the public calls, happy virus. She is very bubbly yet has a hint of snark to her. Although no one of the public payed attention for that. On Media Play, Hwajin wants to make herself a staple. Sometimes being the most real will get you what you want. Besides, she is a veteren compared to these kids. 

Background. Hwajin was raised on a fluid morale code. Make sure that everything is in your favor. It's what her mother explained to her from a young age to be way through life. So Hwajin took that concept by the horns, now she's the way she is. If things aren't in favor she'll make sure they are in her favor. 

Now throughout her life, her parents preassured her to become a scholar, and Hwajin obdiently listened. She tried her very best in school, especially maths. She always loved arguing with others, especially the teacher, that the equation is actually wrong. "No, x is not 15, as you can see 2x+6=29, you minus the six which leaves you with 23, halve that and you end up with 11.5 you idiots." She was highly praised in maths and was preassured to continue being the top student. Hwajin, just couldn't really be bothered, besides she always knew that one day she'd fail a test and that she'd drop down to an easier class. That day never happened.

Although her life track in math took an interesting turn in Middle School. Where she was admittaed in the too the Specialist Music coarse. Where she sat right next to prodeigies in music. Why she was there was beyond her, until she realised that Music is actually really hard maths. In Music, she had to become one with maths, and this inspired her. Her passion had suddenly awokened in her, that when she grew up she'd become a singer.

Of course her parents said no. It was blantantly obvious they would say no. They kept on chanting, it's not going to keep you fed, it's not going to give you a bed. Yes at times, Hwajin really thought about the consequences for the furture about wealth. But she always thought, that simply she'd survive.

Where to start though? That was the question. In school she was doing perfectly fine for an A student, and her parents were happy. Luckily for her, the music students who were into idols helped her find somewhere to go. he constant advice being, "Go to a small company, that won't garner attention from your parents." and so she did. She eventually found Jade Contents Media, a small company. When she auditioned she basically got accepted where she met 2 great people, 1 not so great people and an interesting future.

Marlee and Hwajin are very good friends. They both really enjoy each other's company, and Marlee was always confident in Hwajin's talent. When Marlee heard that she was casted for media play, she literally flew from London and wished her congratulations.

Jihye was only 3 months younger than her which made her the youngest (thank the lord). So rather than treating her as a same age friend, she belittled her. She still loved her and Jihye understood  what Hwajin meant was love. The two were very close, closer than the rest of them. Jihye will fully support Hwajin on Media Play

Hareul and Hwajin were always clashing. Butting heads on just meaningless topics. They both are similar personalities, to similar but not the same to be cool, but similar to clash. Eventually Hareul got sick of Hwajin's "childish" behavoiour and left the group. Where she has appeared on Produce 101 and the Unit. She did apply for Media Play but Hwajin got picked over her.

Her mother and Father  were always so advocate of Hwajin not becoming an idol, because it finacially didn't benefit her. They guess that their daughter's passions just out weighed it for them (although she is literally the least perfect person for an 'obdient' idol). Her brother on the other hand, was very supportive. He was even considering moving. But when they all saw Move' you could say, they basically disowned her with an I told you so. But, they would take back Hwajin if she needed that help and re-kindle their blood bond again.

What made you want to be an idol?

— The performance, every girl's dream is to be a performer but only few act on it, because you know, they become sl*ts.

What do you consider to be your best skill?

— My main skill would be singing, however, I am no main vocal matireal but in the small world I would be.

What concepts are you best at?

— I mean I would consider myself a Jack of All trades,  but I ain't young anymore. So I would say y concepts are my domain, always have been.

— I've always been a fan of Girls Generation, and it will be surreal to actually meet them.

Training and Idol life. 

— Jade Contents Media practically accepted Hwajin at the drop of the hat, she joined the company in 2011 after she entered highschool. There she met 3 interesting characters. Same aged friend Jihye, British girl Marlee and Narsassisitc Hareul. Hwajin was fine with Jihye and Marlee, in fact amazing. Hareul however, was messy, they had an off/on relationship. It all started when Hwajin basically exposed the fact that Hareul had a boyfriend to the company in their early days. They relationship became wonkey ever since.

Luckily, the girls in her music class were right, smaller companies are better. Training basically became an after school acitivity. Her daily schedule would be go to school, meet Jihye at the subway, train at the company till late, go home, tell parents she was studying and then sleep. Yes her parents didn't know she was training. Her parents didn't find out until Hareul exposed her to her parents, revenge. 

Training for Hwajin was focused on her vocals, she wasn't as good as Hareul, vocal rivalry. While Jihye and Marlee focused on rapping. The girls would dance together and go out to together days on end. Most of the time it was practice practice pracitce. Although none of them had proper vocal lessons, they all had dance classes.

This was all the same until the beginning of 2014, where everything kind of, exploded in Hwajin's face. The company pulled them together and said they'll debut, but with the whole purpose of scandelous popularity. 'Scandelous' was a word that Hwajin never liked. Then the concept was shown, the girls had never seen anything like it, Marlee had though, possibly because from being a western country. The concept was y, racy, . Lesbian kisses and , with such a y choreography. Hwajin remembers the days of spraying her self with water after every time she practiced that song, because she felt so dirty. Is this really the idol world? Well Hwajin knew that if she wanted it big, she just had to shut up and listen, so like she learnt, she adapted. 

The music video shooting was awfully, dirty. Luckily for Hwajin, she didn't have to participate in the 'action'. That doesn't mean she isn't scared from seeing Haseul bascailly have with Jihye and Marlee crying her life away. Although in the dance sequences, Hwajin felt the most exposed, she didn't have a lot covering. That day, she can't seem to get it out of her head.

Now the song, Move, did well, becoming quite literally 2 million views in a week! That means a success yes? No, they were never let onto music programs because of the uallness of it. They never got to promote properly, and on top of that they physically stalked for a whole year, by creepy men. Controversy spread like wildfire, the girls were shamed for their actions, while some praised it. Yet that didn't stand for the media, They only were ever allowed on the Septemeber 14th Inkigayo stage, where no idol dare to appraoch them. And even then she wasn't an eye-catching member becaue she didn't really participate in the storyline of the video. 

Sl*t shamed, that was it, Hwajin, a once prided genius was getting sl*t shamed. Many friends for her highschool bullied her on social media due to how little she was wearning. Yet they actually mistook her for another girl. This was all before the year ended.

2015, Jade Contents Media didn't have enough money to fund another comeback, so the girls just really had a year long hiatus, their name had vanished into the mist.

2016, no money again. The girls had to take up part time jobs just to fund themselves. Hwajin wasn't going to go back to her parents just to be sl*t shamed by them, because she gurantees that she'll be. Marlee was fired from her job because of it. Yet in the long wait the girls stayed as close as glue, almost.

Hareul had made an interesting fuss at the beginning of 2017, claiming that the other 3 girls bullied her. Which in Marlee and Jihye's case was not true, but Hwajin knew, yeah she did bully her, not a lot though. But Hareul did it back! This sparked the group's controversy once again. Not as big as the flame in 2014, that was a whole 3 years ago. Truly nothing happened as it ended with Hareul leaving.

Which leaves 3 by 2018. Marlee had gone to London for a vacation while Jade Contents Media is still trying to gather money. 

Then the spark of hope comes. SM Entertainment. THE SM entertainment comes to the door looking for originally Marlee, but since she was in London, Hwajin was the next best thing. Now sure Hwajin had been slacking off but when she sas SM walked in she asically made herself ambient. And soon enough, Hwajin was forged onto a completely different path. Enterting a survival show, with other idols just like her.
