Positive : Erika has a good imagination and usually even comes up with good ideas. When she has a goal to acomplish, she'll give her all to fulfil it. She tries her best to be kind and nice to everyone she meets and not judge them before speaking to them. When she talks, she is able to appeal to others' idealistic side. In a group setting, she doesn't feel the need to force her opinions or viewpoints on others but rather will aim to come to a mutual compromise within the group.

Negative : Although she doesn't show it, she is easily upset by criticism. She secretly values others' approval a lot and when she feels that she may be seen negatively by a particular person, she needs a lot of assurance that what she believes is not true. Also, she feels the strong need to present a "perfect" image to others, therefore she gets down when she doesn't get the exact results she wants from herself. She gets burned out when she feels that she is working too hard yet not making any progress towards her goals. She is afraid to open up to others due to her trauma.

BACKGROUND:

Sato Erika was born in Chiba, Japan on 14 February 1993 to a widowed mother. Her mother offered guitar lessons in their home and thus Erika too learnt to play the guitar when she was 5 years old. She quickly fell in love with singing while playing the guitar. Her neighbour worked in a supermarket and snuck milk home for little Erika, and she quickly grew taller than most children her age.

Unfortunately, this earned her bullying in elementary and middle school as she was taller than many of the girls and even boys. When she was 14, she wrote a song detailing the bullying she suffered and her feelings, recorded a video of herself singing while playing the guitar and uploaded it to Youtube. She recieved many praises for her sweet voice and was offered a few kind words and encouragement to ignore her bullies too. This spurred her to produce more covers. From then on, when she got bullied in school, she just went home, recorded herself singing any song she felt like while playing her guitar and uploaded it on Youtube.

In her first year of high school, Erika fell in love with a male schoolmate and became pregnant after they made love in the school library. Although they were very young, they wanted to keep the baby and he got a part-time job as a convenience store cashier, and he promised to get into a good university to get a better job in the future. However, their happiness was short-lived. One night while they were walking home after work, they were confronted by his ex, a girl gangster, who had several male gangmates with her threatening to beat them up. Long story short, he sacrificed himself to save the life of Erika and his unborn child.

Erika considered to have an abortion at first but she couldn't bear to take a life she created. Not wanting anyone to know she became pregnant, she dropped out of school and started offering guitar coaching. Her daughter was born on 7 May 2010.

She also used to have an instagram account where she posted pictures and videos of her daughter when the latter was younger but privated it after she became a Skarf trainee (babyhana2010). She reopened it when she returned to Japan after leaving Skarf and changed the username to @petitfleur.

LAST COMMENT: I MISS GIRLS DAY SO MUCH and ngl I was listening to Hug Me Once and You and I on repeat while writing this. Also I miss Skarf and haven't really seen them in applyfics or even general fics so I decided to do something with them. I'm not sure when the story will start so I centered my app around 2018 but you can revise it as appropriate when you start the story.
