총대 CHONGDAE   basically, that's how most of his friends read the name he displays on his kkt and insta account. geondae likes to display his name with "영🔫대" on his sns accounts, with the gun emoji replacing the gun / geon in his name. most of his friends read it aloud as chongdae at first, with chong meaning gun in korean. hence why they started to call him as chongdae. it then somewhat became his second name.

 

CASHREG BOY   a nickname made by his fellow part time employee friends at his work place. since between them, there is an even number of male and female, they like to use a 'code name' to refer one another. with geondae working on the cash register, hence why he's called as cashreg boy. though it's not used that often anymore, since it isn't actually a very funny or unique nickname. though they still use it occasionally.

ENG   basic. geondae had only learned engish in school. he doesn't give english that many attention tho, since he doesn't see the point of it, because he is very positive that he would go out side of the country that much. tho his level in english is enough for him to ask for directions in a foregin country, but probably won't understand any response given to him. his grammar is also a bit jumbled up.

 

 

01   your average teenage boy sense of fashion, mostly wears plain tshirts or sweatshirts, jeans with sneakers on a daily basis.

02   buttoned shirts are worn often as well, but only with outer wears such as jackets, sweaters, or hoodies.

03   isn't the type to accessorize. even if it's just a simple wrist watch, or any types of hats. 

04   color scheme ranging from black, white, and occasionally primary colors. but mostly wears black and white.

 

 

is often described as a loud, bright and energetic person by others. he who always looks vibrant and radiates sunshine with his blinding smile on a daily basis. geondae is optimistic and always tries to have a positive mindset whilst dealing with live. he would also try to share the positive vibe to others as well. his main or most noticable trait would be socialble / friendly, it's commonly known by others that he is very good in talking to somene new or even the ones that he already knows. he would say that he's a people oriented person, he likes to be around a lot of people, it makes him feel loved and comfortable as well. he also knows how to bring up the mood and is the type of person to start off a conversation and keeps it going. geondae also isn't afraid to try something new, strongly believes in the quote "you never know if you never try it".

though those who are really close to him would call him a reckless moron. he does a lot of things without thinking it throughly, would definetly do something he has no knowledge of whatsoever. but it was just his way of sprinkling some excitement to his bland life. doesn't listen to others that well, in terms of them giving him advice or such. he doesn't like it when someone that is supposed to be "older than him" scolds him or give hm life advice, because he's stubborn. full of himself! it's pretty obvious from his ig bio that he's pretty confident with his said "cute" looks, but those who doesn't know might think it's just some cute joke he use to get people to follow. in fact, everyone that's close to him would really get this self absorb side of him. he loves to praise himself on how good he is at this and that and how he's also blessed with the look. hence everyone is always annoyed when that side of him appears. he also doesn't trust anyone that much, so some people would think that he doesn't appreciate their offer for help. though he does appreciate it when someone offers him help, but he really does reject all the offers because he doesn't trust others as much as he trust himself.

 

 

 

01   doesn't care about instagram aesthetic feed that much. his feeds are mostly him with and his noona and cousin.

02   geondae loves dean's songs a lot. he would listen to the whole 130 mood : TRBL album while he studies or doing his assignment.

03   geondae moved out of his parent's house and is now living with his noona and cousin. but whenever his cousin decides to sleep over at his friend's place, geondae too would prefer to go to his own friend's place instead of the apartement.

04   easily befriend people, but very minimum close friends. geondae likes meeting new people and getting to know them, but he takes a lot of time to be really that close to other peole. that's why his cousin is basically his best friend and his two closest friends are people that had known him for a long time.

05   geondae originally didn't know what major he wants to take in college even until his last year in college. he kind of wanted to go with something that has to do with drawing, becuse that was his only interest. he ended up chosing interior design because he likes building and then decorating the houses when playing the sims, hence why...

06   his noona is a fashion designer and would oftenly ask geondae to wear the clothes that she design. basically for her to take a picture and to show it off on her ig account.

07   geondae prefers the korean chickens rather than chickens from big franchises like kfc or mcdonalds.

08   was a member of his school's basketball team during his high school and middle school days. he really enjoys playing basketball, hence why whenever he stays over at his friend's place he would ask them to play basketball with him, even if it's already late at night.

09   would and could eat anything honestly. not a very picky eater, he likes to eat and eats with a big portion. could eat five meals a day if he could honestly.

10   one pair of jean is enough for one week for him. geondae is too lazy to wash his clothes, he prefer to reware a jean or shirt rather than to wait for his laundry.

11   took a part time job because his noona refuse to pay for his needs. his parents still send him money tho, but it's used by his noona for his daily meal and also to pay his part of the rent for the apartement.

RESIDENCE   geondae currently resides with his noona and his cousin, at his noona's apartement at mapo-gu. since the apartement was originally only for his noona herself, the apartment only have two bedrooms. hence why geondae is rooming with his cousin at the guest room.

FORM OF TRANSPORTATION  his noona has -1000% percent trust in him, so she usually drives him a to the places he needs to go. but tho, she's not always free to meddle with geondae's life. so if she's busy (which he's always happy whenever she is), he would either take the bus or just go on foot.

DAILY LIFE

01   geondae has classes on every tuesday to thursday. his classes are from 8 am to 10 am, 11 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm. (also, no monday classes because geondae hates mondays)

02   usually, during the free periods before his next class, he chose to just wait in campus and have quick lunches or so. or hangs out just hang out with both or one of his friend at campus when they have the same free period. (in which on tuesday he usually hangs out with daehwi in between his free 1pm to 3pm, and one thursday he hangs out with kuanlin in between his free 10 am to 11 am)

03  right after his class ends at 5 pm, he usually either rushed to take a bus to hongdae or when his noona is free she'll drive him there.

04   geondae works part time at the mcdonald chain at hongdae, his shifts usually starts at 6pm to 10.30 pm every monday to saturday. 

05   during his weekends or days where he have no classes, he usually fills his time by hanging out with his friends or laze around his room. but he spend most of his free time hanging out with his friends, it can either be going out roaming around the city or just staying in at his two friend's apartement watching movies or playing games.

06   on weekend nights to monday morning, he usually sleeps over at his friend's apartement. tho even if his shift ends at 10.30 pm, once he arrives at his friend's place they won't even sleep and going out in the middle of the night.

 

"OH MY GOSH. HI." "I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY I'M HERE, TO BE HONEST." "JESUS, SEHUN. WE WENT OVER THIS. I TOLD YOU I NEEDED COMPANY 'CAUSE I WAS TOO NERVOUS TO CONDUCT THIS INTERVIEW BY MYSE—ANYWAYS, HEY! I'M JISOO, AND THIS IS MY COWORKER SEHUN." "HEY." "AND YOU MUST BE...?" 

 

geondae snickers as he watch jisoo and sehun and their mini quarrel. he (with a lot of struggle) stops as he hear jisoo introducing herself and her friend, he then took a deep breath before heaving it out and flash a wide smile to them afterwards.

 

"geondae!" he exclaims, eyes scrunching upwards forming a crescent "yeong geondae, nice to meet you"

"NICE TO MEET YOU! FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: ARE YOU AFRAID OF DOGS?" "WHAT KIND OF INTERVIEW QUESTION IS THAT?" "MY GOD, SEHUN, 'CAUSE THIS WILL BE OUR REGULAR MEETING SPOT. QUIT ASKING QUESTIONS. YOU'RE NOT THE INTERVIEWER HERE, I AM." 

 

geondae shakes his head as his hear the question, signifying no but he was also shaking his head for yet another mini quarrel between jisoo and sehun.

 

"no," he says, his eyes quickly fixes itself on several adorable dogs walking in "i'm really fond of them! especially if they're as cute as the ones here!" he adds, before reaching out a hand to the pups.

"NOW, WHERE DO YOU WORK IN BUSY HONGDAE? AND TELL US A BIT ABOUT WHAT IT'S LIKE." 

 

"i work part time at mcdonalds! it's really close by, it's just two shops away to right from here! right beside the bookstore and accross the make up store club clio!" he says, with bright and excited tone.

 

"it's really overwhelming working there, you know?" geondae speaks up again, fiddling on the hem of his loose sweater "like it's always so packed there, even at night, where i mostly have my shift at. but i don't mind with it since the delightful fragrance of the true beauty that is friend chicken, keeps me motivated to keep working!" he then snickers at his own remarks.

 

"but the older employees there?? ugh!! they're so annoying," he huffs exasperatedly, "well not all, but the a few of them! they kept shoving us part timers under the bus over the smallest mistake we do and also blame us for their mistakes?" geondae then take a deep breath, trying to calm himself down

 

"but the fellow part timers there are all lit and such fun people to be with! and we're all good friends, due to mutual sufferings!"

 

"wow lucky" "oh shut up sehun!" he grins as he heard jisoo and sehun's wishpering with each other.

 

"i actually took the part time job there because mop boy—i mean, joo haknyeon, my cousin's friend told me that mcdonald was looking for another part-time employees, and since i need money and loves to be around food i applied for the part-time job there!" he concludes, before clasping his hands together.

"COOL! SO, HOW DID YOU COME TO FIND OUT ABOUT HONGDAE SQUAD?" "HOW COULD THEY NOT KNOW ABOUT IT AFTER YOU POSTED THAT FLYER OF YOURS ON THE COMMUNITY BULLETIN BOARD FOR LIKE A MONTH NOW." "...TRUE."  

 

"hmm... i don't quite remember who it was, but i do remember someone sending me a picture of the flyer and texted me something like 'hey loser, go and try to expand your social circle'" geondae leans towards the table, before his prodding his chin with one hand, thinking.

 

"i think it was mop boy..." he murmurs lowly, in which both jisoo and sehun didn't catch "yeah i think it was him... but anywho, whoever it was deserves a thank you later!" he then chuckles.

"ANY PARTICULAR REASON BEHIND YOU WANTING TO JOIN THE SQUAD?" 

 

"despite being wrongly accused by mop boy for having no friends, i actually have friends, despite not all of them are close tight relations" he begins, with both eyes closed for ~dramatic effect~ "i am the type of person who likes socializing and meeting new people" he adds afterwards, "that's why my friend's text really caught my interest!"

"DING DING DING!" "OH GOD." "THE SPEED ROUND HAS JUST BEGUN! SO, I'LL JUST BE ASKING YOU A SERIES OF QUICK QUESTIONS THAT I JUST WANTED TO PUT IN THE INTERVIEW SO I SEEM LIKE A COOL AND FUN PERSON 'CAUSE I REALLY AM, I PROMISE." 

 

geondae throws his head back as he laugh at her doings. that's all he did. he didn't reply or anything to her, he was to busy laughing. sehun just shakes his head, disbelieve that someone actually laugh over jisoo's doings. he took a glance to jisoo's direction and he saw her having smug looks over her face, thanks to geondae's reaction.

"EARLY BIRD OR NIGHT OWL?"

 

"i'm a sad mix of both," he heave a sad sigh, "always staying up late but the body always wakes up early, i cry over that fact sometimes" the then fake a cry.

"FAVORITE SUPERHERO?"

 

geondae pulls out his hand, raising his right hand he made a sign that looks like the finger heart pose but he then brushe his index finger and thumb together, it was the asking for money sign. "our one and only rich super hero, iron man!" he exclaims, "tho batman is also super rich, but yeah... i'm refering to marvel's one and only rich super hero"

"THE MOUNTAINS OR THE SEA?" 

 

"hands down mountains!" he beams, "because the view from up there is so beautiful, and you can take prettier pictures at mountains rather than the sea"

"BURGERS, FRIED CHICKEN, OR PIZZA?" 

 

geondae's eyes twitch as he hears the question, "gOD NO!" he dramatically gasps. geondae then sat in complete silence, doing  multiple thinking poses.

 

"any day now" sehun says, raising one eye brow at him.

 

geondae whines as sehun request to speed things up, but the latter remains unfazed at his attempt for asking for more time to think.

 

"ughh i don't know!! pizza!!" he exclaim with a rather annoyed tone.

"CAMPING. HOT OR NOT? AND ARE YOU GOOD AT IT?" 

 

"i'm a big er for camping!!" geondae says, full of excitement "i go on camping often with my two best friends, although i usually just stay put and let them do everything so i wouldn't actually say i'm good at it, but i enjoy it!"

"LAST ONE. STAYING IN OR GOING OUT?" 

 

"even though i'm a lazy bum, i prefer going out than staying in" he says, "mostly because there's nothing to do at home, and besides i like wandering around the streets not knowing where to go rather than being at home not knowing what to do to kill time" 

"ALRIGHTY! UNFORTUNATELY, THE INTERVIEW HAS COME TO AN END—" "FINALLY." "QUIT BEING A , SEHUN. ...AHEM. IT WAS GREAT MEETING YOU AND I HOPE TO SEE YOU AROUND!" "I CANNOT BELIEVE I WASTED MY LUNCH BREAK FOR THI—" "BYE! THANKS FOR STOPPING BY!" 

 

"oh wow we're already finished?" geondae says with wide eyes, "that feels so quick, huh"

 

"well, i guess i better be going now" he then stands up slowly, before bowing at both jisoo and sehun "thank you and have a nice day!" he bids goodbye to both of them, stopping bye every once or two steps as he tries to bid the dogs goodbye as well.

 

LAST WORDS   first of all, hope you like geondae! and secondly, i hope this app doesn't feel too rushed because i've been staring at this app for weeks trying to get it over with and to submit it ;; also all of his friends and coworker's fc are tentative, i'm just too lazy to come up with some names so i just use the same name as the fcs lol. also the personality section is a bit short (i think), i can elaborate it more if you want, i rushed it a lot because i wanted to finish it soon so...
