Call me a fking ungrateful but i get triggered when people comment update pls. I think its a pet peeve of mine after starting writing for 2 years plus.

Like thank you so much for anticipating my story but do you mind writing something else? Maybe a simple 'I like your story!'? 

I get it, you want authors to update but saying update pls doesnt help (at least for me). I am thankful for your love to my stories and god bless you. Just that sometimes the writers block is just so bad i cant even. I would love to update but there are alot of reasons Im not doing it yet.

So maybe some form of nice words of encouragement? It doesnt have to be like a whooping long report on why you are reading my story but i wont mind it :)

Or maybe you can say smth you like abt my story or what you would like to see in the future before u say update pls. Dont just leave a 'Update pls.' You have no idea how excited I am when I see 4 new comments and how done I am when 3 of them are 'Update soon' or 'Update pls'.

Also, thank you to every angel who comments cute and sweet things. Even a 'OMGGGGG' makes me smile for an hour. Dont underestimate your effect on the writer. Every reader contributes to a writer's life. If i can, i may even frame all my readers username in my bedroom. For those darlings who comment every other chap or PM me, I am going to freaking name my child after you and make sure they learn how to be a fking angel.
