I think this would be the new beginning for me. What happened previously really knock me hard. Yesterday was history...so I have to start now. 

This advice is not only for me but for everyone. NEVER EVER DELAY YOUR WORK. Even it is really hard never keep yourself low. Confront yourself and realizes your own mistake and fix it. Never assume that yourself is good enough and never think that you're bad too... in everything we did we must have something that need to be fixed. 

The best word to describe is SEIZE THE MOMENT. 

It's okay to stop and rest but never ever give up.
