Writing Update | AFF, tumblr requests, and BTS

Guys, this is going to sound dramatic af, but I'll say it anyway.

In the short few days that I've made the decision to move onto different platforms, I've honestly felt so much better about my writing as a whole. It might just be the tumblr requests talking, or idk, but I haven't been able to write like this, non-stop, in over two years and it's encouraging to myself and asdfghjkl, I finally feel happy for once.

And, I think it's done a lot of good with my mindset concerning BTS.

This is a huge deal, because now... I don't feel like I'm distancing myself from them anymore. Before I was, and I was confused and didn't understand why and partially blamed it on their music changing and their popularity growing so big, and other things... but truthfully speaking, I think it was all of the stress from writing (and irl stuff too, but mostly writing) that made me feel like... well, like I was suffocating. And now that I've taken a breather from AFF with feeling so behind all the time, and now that I'm taking requests for scenarios on tumblr, and actually feeling excited to write again, everything just feels so much better.

Like, I feel like I've found my way back to BTS, and god I MISSED THEM SO DAMN MUCH you have no idea, it always made me feel so freaking sad and depressed thinking about them, and thinking that maybe I didn't love them as much as I used to, but truthfully I do. I love BTS so much, so so so much. And I don't feel so dark anymore.

Likewise, since this writing escapade has helped me out immensely, both with writing and emotionally, I am going to continue on with it, although I will make a few changes.

I realized it may have been a tad bit hasty of me to just say no more AFF period, rather than just... do things in moderation. SO! Here is what I plan on doing.

For every two or three chapters I post on tumblr, I will update the stories on here. This is to keep from feeling like I'm behind and hopefully curve some of the "please update" comments I get that make me feel so trapped in the first place. This way, those of you who only read on AFF can still enjoy my stories, and those of you who also read elsewhere can view it on my tumblr before I post here, kind of like a sneak peek and an incentive to get more requests on tumblr.

Honestly guys, I am leaving off of getting these requests.

So please, if you would like a scenario from me, or even up to a one shot, request from my tumblr. I said in the first set of rules that I'm open to all fandoms, but I'm considering narrowing it down to just BTS, Seventeen, and NCT, and then people can ask for other groups, and I'll let them know then if I'm comfortable/willing to write it. You can request here <--- ( and is okay)

And you can follow me here <---

AND! Since I no longer feel so dark about BTS, guess what! My BTS fics are no longer on hiatus!!! Yes, I'm feeling so... upbeat about my writing now, it's amazing what just one simple switch can do.

However, I do have a lot going on, so I'll do it in moderation to keep myself from getting all pent up like I was. The first story I'll focus on will be Delivery, since it's on the shorter side, fluffy and easy to write and I think I'd be able to finish it pretty quickly. Plus, my Hoseok feels have SPIKED and I'm trash, so forgive me Jimin stans, I'll return to that sinful boy shortly. I'll probably do 52. and Am I Wrong? together once I finish with Delivery. But, I have to keep in mind my NCT and SVT stories as well. Updates are basically going to be touch and go for everything, but I'm in such a better mood overall, that I don't think it'll take me months to update anymore. I'll keep all of you readers updated on when I plan to take back on 52. and Am I Wrong? as well as whatever other ongoing stories I have.

Thank you guys so much for being so understanding. It's given me a huge confidence boost and I really needed it.

I look forward to writing more, and getting more requests (please, it's giving me energy to keep going, like ahhh)

-Kai
