Why? :(

This is not the first time someone I know has left aff for good. Not the first time my favorite story went on hiatus because the author got demotivated. Not the first heartbreak I felt when one of my fave authors or close friends deactivated. Also not the first time I have experienced a story/shop getting reported.

 

WHY?

 

IS AFF ALL ABOUT SILENT TREATMENT AND HATE NOW?

 

WHY STAY SILENT?

 

WHY REPORT AN INNOCENT USER OR SHOP AND SPREAD HATE?

 

WHY BASH OR LASH OUT ON AN AUTHOR WHO'S GREAT AND TALENTED?

 

I just feel extremely sad with all that's happening ryt now.

 

-A favorite story of mine went on hiatus because the fic/author was unappreciated.

-A favorite shop of mine got closed because it was unjustly reported. (By those freaking jealous creeps ugh)

A friend of mine deactivated her account without even saying anything!!!

Some of my favorite authors bid their goodbyes and deactivated their accts because of the harsh comments they were receiving from the haters.

 

ARE YOU GUYS HAPPY NOW?

 

FINE.

 

JUST STAY SILENT.

 

KEEP ON REPORTING INNOCENT SHOPS AND USERS BECAUSE OF YOUR ENVY.

 

DROWN TALENTED AUTHORS WITH HATEFUL COMMENTS.

 

I RARELY CURSE BUT DAMN-

 

SILENCE/UNAPPRECIATIVESS, HATE, ENVY AND JEALOUSY.

 

IN NO TIME, AFF WILL BE FILLED WITH NOTHING BUT THOSE THINGS I HAVE MENTIONED ABOVE.

 

This is very alarming. I feel distressed tho I know shouldn't feel this way.

 

This brought back the disappointment I felt few months ago. Up until now, Im not confident in writing Exo fics. Im just finishing what I have to complete because I didnt want to betray the loyal ones and kept them hanging. *sighs*

 

Sorry for the rant...

I feel you Chingu. I understand how heartbreaking our favourite user Author-nim/shop deactivated their account. Some of mine favourite are deactivated. Some are demotivated and being reported, it's unfair but I have to respect their choice. The worst is being hacked and spread hate but gladly the author-nim is back with a new account. It's alright to let your anger and frustration out. I see you care for others. It's hurt see others leave is painful. We have to be strong Chingu.

It is just right that you let out your frustrations authornim. I sincerely hope that AFF would still be here. I do not know some Aff friends personally but I love chatting with them thru comments n blog post but I'm not that friendly. I can understand that doing or saying nothing is almost the same as the culprit who abuses reporting an innocent member or author. I would suggest that we can as a group of concerned members to address the administrator thru a petition with these concerns rather than doing nothing and be frustrated. Thank you for voicing out coz that means you care and has not left us as well.

Oh sweety I understand how you feel. I believe all of us do. It is very sad and unjust. I just hope that you know that there are always people here who still support you and all those talented authors who deserve it and hope for the best for them. I know you are disappointed and I just hope that you not lose your love and inspiration for writing just because of a bunch of ungrateful idiots who have nothing better to do than hate.

It makes me sad too, I had taken a short break for exams a while ago and when I came back of my favorite authors deactivated. I don't know why people keep reporting without even having a good reason a decent convo with the other person. Hasn't everyone learned in elementary school not to say mean things?

Are you okay??? I am open for you to rant to. Don't be sorry because those are all ve y valid points. AFF isn't as it used to be according to my friend...if it helps, I hope we can be good friends, and read my positive blogs, I hope they help you!!!! Letybe good friends now and in the future.
