How to add a background to my story?

Hello! I'm currently writing a story and I need help.

The newer AFF layout(s) is slightly confusing to me, as I was a writer back when the original layout was here. I tried to use the original layout but it did not work when I added the background to my story. So here I am trying to use the new one but I cannot seem to find the 'background image'?

Someone please help me lol

okay so theres a place at the top of the story where theres the tags and status and author(s)
and so basically theres already a thing to set the cover next to "edit"
there should be one next to the set cover thing that says "set background"
if you need more help, the comments on my own blog post when i was confused were helpful ^-^
